Norwegian Advanced Surface-to-Air Missile System (NASAMS) the US bought these from Norway so they could give them to the Ukraine. Since we are a small country we don't have many of them so they bought those few we had .

Normally it probably takes 6 months, but due to the crisis in Ukraine, they have intensified the courses and shortened the education period. It is extremely important to have people who can operate these weapon systems in a proper way. Ukraine must, by all means, avoid shooting down its own helicopters and fighter jets.

自分もスティンガーを配備しているとおもってました。
でも良く考えてみれば全然能力不足ですよね。スティンガーでは対応範囲が狭すぎます。携行型としては優秀ですがね。
ホワイトハウスと言う固定された場所での使用を考えると最低限これくらいは欲しいですよね。
