Im ready for that spotlight review! I think the single biggest game changer for was the Proaim Victor Lite 42 - Video Production Cart. For jobs in the UK it means I can move all my gear solo and then I've got a workstation wherever im shooting.
Yeah if it could be 30mm you could probably get away with it for pretty much everything. That said I think its a good compromise of size, weight and focal length
Great video! How are you finding the 200x used with a spotlight? I’ve read the light coming out can get spotty due to the chip design on the Amaran bicolor lights.
It’s good. In certain settings you can see the colours splitting however it’s rarely noticeable on camera. If it’s out of focus enough to en it’s not a problem. The bigger issue is the strength of the 200x mount. It does wobble quite a bit with the spotlight.

Il get it made soon. Certainly my biggest surprise. That sounds interesting. I feel a production cart is something I really need to pick up in 2024.
The 35-150 is so crazy useful. I just wish it was a tad wider for establishing shots
