When filming this video it looked a lot brighter than what it really was because of my monitor. I apologize for the dark parts of the video.
Know that TH-cam makes vids way darker then it seems for the one recording. If you for example gamme 2 looks good for you, chances are you need gamma 3 for on YT
If you use the fence foundation for the dino gate you can snap point it to the left and right and it goes in perfect every time
i guess im asking randomly but does anybody know of a method to log back into an Instagram account?

You can also hide the tek gen inside the frontal ceiling, wont take space and doesnt look ugly

Great vid survivor mate, helps me alot.I can just build the wood version. The only unsatisfactory thing for me with the platforms is that you can't extend structures over the outside border.i would like to build a high connection bridge to the base shoreline because, building in the genesis ocean biome is so difficult-and this is a fun challenge for ark builder fans.
I used this design but with tech and q metal platform. It turned out nice thanks for sharing

great find about the stairs and bulding a pool 3 layers deep. on that note it also works with only a single flight of stairs three deep

also if you guy want a eazy fix for the places you can reach on offical just use a quetzal and you'll be fine

Great video! I must share at the end when I just finished this, was gonna add one detail on the balcony… I missed with the blink rifle and shot the ocean platform…. Yeah that sucks
really great video, easy to follow, calm, no bs, THANK YOU! I do have one question though, and it might be a stupid one. So all of the videos i've seen online before this one used a ceiling, then 3 walls down, and then another ceiling on the border of ceiling 2 and 3. And that was always the reason i didn't want to build on them (only 2 walls deep isn't really good for breeding).
But how does it work with the stairs? Is it just a different mechanic with the stairs? Because this makes it 3 walls deep, which is good. Also the reason i haven't tried myself after seeing the video is because i haven't had time to play ark yet, hence the question.

How do you snap the Dino gate?? It says it's too high. I have to use fence platforms to get it to snap.
What do I have to do if I want to take your back but put a circular back on it that consists of foundations?

The largest thing I was able to fit in the pen was a basilosaurus. I tried but I wasn't able to make the pen any deeper because you can only build to the bottom of the ocean platform. Any farther and the stairs wont snap.

When i try to place stone gate it says that i'm too high off the ground.
I only seem to be able to go 2 stairs deep, but I’m using metal if that matters..
the issue is you cant toss big tames inside this like mosa and tusos not shure how you solve that issue

I did this in singleplayer and had infinite buildings so to be completely honest I have no clue how much I used to build it
Maybe use settimeofday so we could see better
So mine won't let me build 3 stairs deep or attach a ceiling after the second says to far from platform...

@@TiTosTheName23 most proberly its becouse he is on pc and probs using s+. dont trust anyone building in creative while they say it can be built on official or that they have built it on official but dont show there build just straight into the creative build with no info on mat's count

I just got a good doedicarus and mammoth and farmed for about an hour for all the mats I needed when I built it in official
so how do you get such a large platform? mine is only a 6x6 and is not nearly as big as the one you create

pservers get s+ and make a behemoth hatchframe instead of giant much easier
How do u get the ocean foundation do i need to buy ark genisis??
Sadly I do think you need genesis in order to get the engram. Unless one of the newer community made maps allow you to unlock it. But I haven't played much recently so I wouldn't be able to tell you 100%
When i try to place the 3rd stone stair down it won't let me because "its too far from the platform" is it because its a wood one?
Its possible, I've never tried with the wooden platform or with wooden buildings

You can add whatever your heart desires inside the building. There is enough space to have a hatchery and a place to raise baby's.
Can Mosas fit in it

@@harpaxpteso4153 you should be able to just do the exact same steps with metal. your gonna want to use metal stairs instead of ramps because ramps have different snap points

yeah, when I first recorded the video my monitor made it look brighter than what it really was. ill have to take a look at some of those admin commands for next time.

I can't do this the stairs won't snap on
The stairs will only snap to two sides of the ocean platform. I'm not sure why it wont snap to all four but for now your gonna need to snap it to one of the two sides that have a snap point
