Teledoc is great for colds, etc. Instacart and doordash are good for extra side income; working whenever you want. Your car set up is pretty neat. I see them a lot here in socal, fed ex electric vans anyways. But as those phase out it'll probably be the cheapest place to get a used one. Also, same! Very interested in electric vans with decent range. If you ever do get tired of the cramped space, hybrid minivans might be affordable I forget who makes those. But also minivans get pretty good mileage regardless compared to cargo and sprinter vans. Though newer sprinter vans don't get terrible mileage these days.
