- This new 2022 Genesis G70 Sport Prestige is actually my personal Genesis G70 Sport Prestige! Not only will I cover some of my favorite from this luxury sedan, I tell you some of my favorite features too as I review my own car. @@kenyaswallow5782 Unfortunately the dealership I work for doesn’t sell Genesis. I found a dealer that was honoring MSRP. I chose that Genesis dealer over another one that was marking their G70’s up. They removed that market adjustment as soon as I said I work for another dealer (but this doesn’t apply to everyone ofc). Dealers that offer MSRP 1 - 0 to the dealer that marks-up.

I get so many looks and thumbs up from people on the road, it's crazy. At one point some guy just stopped his car in the middle of an intersection and blocked me from making a left hand turn just to look at my car, lol. I'm about 8 months into ownership and still loving it and you don't see these on the road, I spot GV70's and GV80's from time to time, pre-facelift G70's as well but have yet to see a 2022 G70 on the road. That's great because that was my gripe with forking over more cash for an RS3, which doesn't have that wow factor, essentially just looks like another Audi unless you're a car guy and spot it, obviously. The road presence with this car is undeniable, people love it and I love driving it.

Congrats, it's great when you really love your vehicle and look forward to taking rides, nice G70. I just broke 6 months with my GV70 3.5 Sport Prestige and feel the same way, love the GV70. Former "Germans and Jags" owner, no newcomer to luxury or sport vehicles, Genesis is killing it. Genesis is earning market share and current prices are better to direct competition, that won't last long..........

Always appreciate a salesman who drives the brand he sells. I remember going to my local Honda dealership and turning right around after seeing the whole employee parking lot full of Dodge Rams... If the sales person doesn't even want to drive their brand why would I?
People who work at Subway can still eat at Quiznos so as long as they treat you right and help you find the right car for you its ok if your salesperson doesn't drive what that sell. I just do because it's a great car

I couldn’t agree more with the feeling of driving a Genesis. I bought myself a GV70 3.5T sport prestige. And the feeling of accomplishment and just the raw power under the hood and looks is bar non! I find excuses to go out for a drive in Orlando all the time! There’s nothing like having all the windows down and sunroof open in such a gorgeous car! Congratulations man! By the way you sold me a White sonata a couple years ago. And look where we are now! Great video man!

I owned a few Pony 1.6 4speeds back in the day and I must say I'm proud of Hyundai on this car as an old school BMW fan after seeing this car in person for the first time I am vary impressed with the build quality fit and finish and simplicity of the engine config under the hood, its modern but had an old school soul what a machine , the only problem is I want the shooting brake wagon body sold in North America.
That shooting brake would be cool, but Americans hate hatchback cars

@@MiguelMyCarGuy lol idk..I've had the "2nd" salesperson come on after to try and make it work but seems that we're far apart bc yall are not depreciating the value of the car. I get the whole "We can sell to auction" for more concept but that's where the money ends.
I'm not sure about your deal, but this is why I tell everyone on my videos to deal with me instead of anyone else at my dealer. I do have some special abilities but maybe in the future you can deal with me specifically instead of anyone else.
I'm not a sells person but Genesis is the automotive benchmark HANDS DOWN no question... NO one even comes close in comparison to the value, reliability, features, and looks at the prices Genesis offer from the G70 to the GV60, GV70, GV80, G80, and big daddy G90.. They're unequivocally unique and beautiful and have a bold bad-ass brand identity..

My daughter has a Gv70 Prestige ($70k) and she says they don't honor the valet service.
1) Please make sure you schedule service several weeks ahead of time so they can reserve you a loaner.
2) If your nearest dealer doesn't honor Valet, find another since the radius should be 30 miles in the US.

I own both, a 2021 G80 Sport and 2019 Lexus GSF 2 totally different cars. The GSF is a monster that is heavily slept on, the G80 definitely turns heads. Love driving them both.

I literally have the same car. Same color, same year, prestige and sport package. I picked it up in Naples last Fall and I live in the Tampa area. The Genesis dealers in the Tampa area do not offer valet service. I did my first servicing a few months ago and I had to wait around at the dealership for couple of hours. Other than that, I love the car!
Thats amazing! That Valet service is at participating dealers but it's gonna keep growing as the dealer network keeps growing.

Idk about the Australian market, but I do know that value is determined by scarcity. If there aren't many in Australia, you may have collectible in the future. But what do I know? I just make videos LOL

I was going to buy a 22 but i found a fully loaded 2019 3.3t with 8k miles for 20k less so o went the obvious route. It has all the bells and whistles but it's technically the advanced model.

If space is important, go with the G80 because the G70 is on the small side.

Kind of. You will have remaining 5yr/60k regardless, but not the 10yr/100k. i.e.: If you lease and buy out your lease, yes you'll have the remaining 10yr/100k anf 5yr/60k.If you buy a certified preowned Hyundai at a Hyundai dealer, yes you still have the remaining 10yr/100k and 5yr/60k. Any other case, youll only recieve the 5yr/60k.

Considering a new car, it's likely between this and an Acura TSX. TSX has a better looking car in my opinion but they are both good looking. Can anybody give me their reasoning one over another? Has anyone driven both? I haven't driven either yet, waiting for tax time.
I know this is a little quicker than the TSX, but not by much and both quite a bit slower than my Audi S6 so the point is moot there.

Genesis G70: 10 yr warranty, free maintenance with valet loaner for service appointments and its not as common as the Acura so its more of a head turner

@@bigden2755 Sorry, meant the TLX. It also doesn't matter if it's the same size. My 6 is actually a bit bigger than I like. I also know it's a different era, hence me needing a new car.
@@datsuntoyy Tried both... The problem with the Acura is that the V6 is pointing in the wrong direction... meanimg it's FWD bias eventhough it's AWD.... Could feel a little torque steer... not in the G. One last thing concerning the warranty. It's not bumper to bumber for 10 years. Some powertrain parts only. In Canada, 5 year mainteneance with valet (when available). You have to read the fine print for warranty... Some stuff is only covered for 2 years (audio, battery ).
So I chose the G for the ride quality / performance and all the bells and whistle that come with it.... GREAT RIDE... Go and test drive one ....

I too just purchased fully loaded( sport prestige and advanced packages) 2023 g70 3.3tt RWD in Malaku gray…I’m impressed cause I also got to test drive Caddy CT5 V and the g70 felt very similar in handling and acceleration…but CT5 V is more than 10K fully loaded. I love the vehicle! Also love your color!!! My color and spec was only one on lot and gotta good deal especially in today’s market and I had to pull the trigger! 🔥👍🏼🤘🏼✌🏼

There is an exact one like this on Carvana with 7,000 and they’re asking $43,000 for it. In your opinion is that a good deal? How do you feel about the rear leg room?
The MSRP was around $51k, so $43k is really good. Rear legroom is crap so don't expect any tall friends to like you if you make them sit in back
