It would be a good idea for them to have extea work schoes at the chateau. In many sizes, 38-46 so that most people could lend a pair just in case they need help doing something.
I am sitting needlepointing on a grey soon to snow February day in New York, all cozy in front of a fire and watching your newest vlog. You are so talented. Your cinematography with a beautiful choice of music is such a beautiful gift to us!

Yay. Michael's back. And smiling. I'm so glad you reached out for help and got a camera man. Don't be afraid to ask for what you need. And I love seeing the cows voluntarily lining up for their breast pump. They seem very happy for the relief. Thanks for the glimpse into off grid French cottage living. You do it with such style.
Ages ago, my gran was able to still buy unpasturized milk and she would put some in a jar, with a pinch of salt and let us roll and shake the jar until we'd made butter. She'd also make fresh bread the same day. I was such a treat.
Oh Maria - tragic. My mother lost 2..one before I was born but my brother was 21 when he passed. You never stop missing them. I hated watching my mom in that pain. No mother should know it. May God bless you with peace til u see them again.

The Michael cart lol. No indicators so do it vintage! And sticks his arm out, 🤣🤣🤣 so good❣️ I enjoy these videos so much. Michael’s enthusiasm is infectious and they are so artistic looking at the scenery with the snow is so pretty.
Yup, my family's cows used to crowd around the entrance to the barn waiting to be let in and when they opened the doors they would file in one at a time. They were good girls.
Lovely cows and the neighbor's farmhouse looks beautiful. So much fun when you invite us into your warm, cozy kitchen. It seems such a short time since it was empty and derelict.
That farm is so cool! I like how chill and polite those cows are. They look very well taken care of and really content with their life. Also a thousand liters from just 46 cows sounds crazy 🤯 Those are some happy pop fan cows 🤣
The memory for me has never faded about when I was a young we always hand-milked the cows and even now after all these years I can still do it as though it was yesterday. Drinking the milk fresh from the cow has probably given the health I still enjoy at my age.

Well that was an unexpected pleasure. Here in Wisconsin (the dairy state) we've lost so many small family owned dairy farms. It was great to see this one in operation. Our beautiful family farms with 30 to 40 cows have given way to large operations with 1,000 or more cows. Thanks for giving us this glimpse inside the small family farm. Enjoy that tea!

Love the Cows. I am glad the Farmer treats them so well. They give us so much. Thank you for an enjoyable Video. Jeff
Enjoyed the vlog. I grew up on a farm, started out milking by hand until we purchased milking machines. Had a hand pump in the kitchen for water and an out house. My dad purchased an old farmstead, did a lot of updating! I married the farmer (class mate) down the road, we milked over 100 cows, fun times. They had a 3 generation farm, raised three children, son farms with us. The girls had city kids come to the farm (farm/city) learning about the farm and animals. Also had people from all over the world come to the farm to learn. My high light was to spend time with Julia Child! Still on the farm, however, cows gone, now crops. Ending of vlog, the snow looks like Minnesota without our minus 30 farinheit temperature! Lovely memories. Thank you.
Loved watching the cows being milked and drinking proper milk - reminds me of our idyllic early years spent on a small holding. Thanks for bringing joy and hope into our lives!
If I could hit the like button a thousand times, I’d do it. I grew up in Wisconsin and while we grew crops to sell our neighbors and good friends were dairy farmers. ...I miss him very much.
Loved seeing the Farm so interesting, and what a lovely farmhouse they have would love to see more! So nice to see Micheal so happy again.
What a great day at the gardener's cottage! Straightening the shed and yard and then a farm adventure 🐄🐄🍶🫖
Loved the cow milking segment. Good to see you doing well, Michael!
Wonderful job Michael, nothing like fresh 🥛 milk and cup of tea. It just warms the heart to see you smiling once again. Loved music and silence chrispness of snow falling, beautiful!
You buy a Jersey cow! They are so extremely beautiful! Specially the dark chestnut colored ones.
Maybe 2 so it isn't lonely
