Arm pump is the same a muscle pump like you get working out in the gym. People get arm pump if they are "working out" the forearm while riding therefor the cure the solve arm pump is by not working it out while riding which means you must not "flex" the forearm while riding and you can do this by not allowing your arms to be the main support for holding onto the bike. You must remain balanced on the bike at all times by keeping your body position as close to the center of gravity as possible.
