@@daenskitchen It was gone in 60 sec !!!! I also tried to use the garlic sauce on the chicken tights and wings cooked in the oven !!!! To die for - literally ! Or in the hummus ..... plenty of dishes and choices, we can't get enough !!!!!

Those garlic bulbs are huge! About twice the size of the ones sold in grocery stores in my area. Glad you showed the size you use.

i love garlic and those potatoes are amazing! the end result, is it too oily? i'm just curious by those amount of butter and olive oil
It’s Definitely a moreish dish but not too oily! You can always cut down the butter and oil to your personal taste though.
