Can you buy a 203k loan with an LLC? I keep hearing about the LLC needing to show proof of income prior to loan acceptance meaning I have to have an income first.
No you cannot. FHA 203k has to be in your personal name and primary residence for 1 year. Llc is for investment properties and doesn't require personal income to qualify

Hey MG are you saying, if I did a FHA in my personal name I can then do it in my LLC as well and is it a period of time I need to do it? Like right after I do it in my name and it close the next day I can do it in my LLC?

Hi mg, 1st and foremost I wanna thank you for all the financial literacy you offer us.
I have 3 questions, hopefully u can help out:
1- should I get my first multi family investment on my personal credit (which is good), or should I get it under an llc from the get go?
I’m limited with down payment fund$.
2- Also if llc will be my best option (which I wanna open it this year although I’m planning on buying next does it matter under which state I open it? I live in FL and NY and if the right opportunity arises I will like to invest in NY/ NJ, can I still have the llc registered (and physical address) in the state of FL (I’m thinking for tax purposes benefits)?
3- And finally do u have any videos on assets based loans? As I wanna explore this option as well
