They all say this, that there is no problems on the land but after buying them then registration becomes even a problem. I have lost some land sold by so call Pentecost Estate developers in the same area. Sad part is that, the radio and TV stations are the one that promote them.

You done a video about the areas that flood near accra. Could you do a video listing the areas that do not flood 😅😅 good video as usual 👊🏽 Also the paperwork seemed to say that this company has leased the land for 99years. Would that not mean we would be sub leasing from them and also how would a 50year lease renewal work for a foreigner?

lease or freehold? if lease, how long? and what happens to the equity after lease is up? how many plots still available?
Mr. African Building Hub, please do your due diligence on this land before you entice people into buying them. Those areas are prone to land litigation

What happens when that lease ends??
All land in Ghana now is leased. After the lease period expires, you pay a token to renew

Giving land for free or your selling the land
Do not trust any video about land purchase. You will be scammed. If you want land, fly down to ghana and go with a trusted person to buy land.
By all means please do your due diligence before purchasing any lands.
