I improved my hair by doing these: Including more and more vitaminC from orange, lemon, and kiwi, 7-8 hrs of adequate sleep daily, have nuts such as walnut, peanut, almonds in limited, you can also have fish like sardines, salmon. Exercise at least 30 mins everyday. Using mild, pure shampoo, oil, neem wooden comb, massager for scalp by liitleextra coconion two times a week. All this is good for hair fall control.

I am using a therapy my grandmother suggested and works like a charm. Make a very sour Curd by adding a half Lemon, Leave it overnight. In the morning put it on your scalp and massage mildly with fingers. Let the curd stay on hairs for 1 hr and take bath with Shikakai instead of a shampoo. In winter pls wash your hair after 30min because if you keep for an hour it will cause you cold.
P.S :Even fit tuber therapy might work, but i am following this procedure.

When i used the hair mask it removed around 50% of the dandruff , then i kept using your remedy for the next four months and i was almost free of dandruff. But as soon as i stopped it for about 15 days the dandruff was back but then i started using aloe vera gel directly on the scalp ( used them on alternate days) for a month and now i am free from dandruff for about 2 months now and its not coming back,. I didn't use borax and mahabhringraj oil as I didn't find them in my area. I replaced mahabhringraj oil with parachute coconut oil and also added 1tbsp onion juice (optional). The mixture of curd, lemon, onion juice, camphor and and cocunt oil worked well on my itchy dry scalp. I have been victim of dandruff from many years. In just one wash, I could feel tremendous reduction in itchiness and dandruff. I am using it twice a week and I must say it has worked wonders for me.

It should be applied in dry hair...also make sure you take out all the water from the curd..for that just take 3 spoons of curd in a small bowl and keep it aside closed for 5 mints...after 5m to see all the water present in curd comes out🙏🏻
Bro need suggestions on maintaining very dry skin. Dry scalp. Also remedies to overcome itching problems in the body due to dry skin. Have visited many dermatologists they prescribed some ointments but not effective. Do u have any suggestions? I can do online consultation with u if you are OK.

Sir, thank you so very much. This has actually worked for me. Have been using your remedy since almost a month and I can really see the difference. I am not saying that dandruff has totally disappeared bcz it comes back again if the hair are not washed more than once a week but what has happened is in one wash after applying your paste my sclap becomes clear and hair shiner and smooth, and if I do this remedy twice a week, I can see very few dandruffs on hair. Finally, I got something that can atleast control my dandruff and I believe doing this consistently will get me rid of it too.
