A few extra notes here; there is a 12 frame cooldown for Super Counter input but most of the time it feels irrelevant. Super Counters are actually easier in this game compared to Tenkaichi 3 for another reason entirely; every single smash for the most part, has a much clearer visual cue or hitbox than it did in Tenkaichi 2 & 3. This alone makes it significantly easier for you to decipher when you actually have to try to input the Super Counter. The timing is still more or less the same or retains the same concept from Tenkaichi 3, it's as the strike lands on you, but it is easier in this game because of 60fps & because of clearer hitboxes. Hope this helps everyone to learn. If enough efficient guides are uploaded on this I may not have to do a guide myself. Good work on the video, Tymier.
Is the timing of Super Counters and Vanishing the same? I can hit a Vanish with 95% accuracy but Super counters are more difficult, and I can't understand if I'm hitting it early, or it's due to the frame timing. From your analysis I seem to understand that for Vanishing you want to hit it slightly before getting hit, while for Super Counters just a frame after actually getting hit?
