Malenia vs Bonk Meat Grinder (hit me if you can!)

Usually, I fight Malenia with the most agile weapons (which is the efficient way), but this time I decided unga bunga on her: using a slow weapon, the colossal hammer (PRELATE'S INFERNO CROZIER). Although I have max STR and DEX with optimal damage bonus, but her second phase was a bit tricky since she moves a lot and quickly. So it takes a longer time to finish the fight.
I tried my best not to get hit and dodged her waterfowl dance, this was my 10th attempt or something.
