Robby's 2019 Japan vids are some of my favourite to re-watch (probably because my first trip to Japan happened around the same time), so it's nice to see Michael again!
Aw man, the Tokyo Sky Tree shots reminded me of when I was landing in Japan. I went in September last year for the first time, however I didn't stay in Tokyo and spent my trip in Kofu, so I didn't actually see much of Tokyo. But when we were flying in and landing, the neverending view of buildings was incredible. We were flying around for at least 15 minutes, and it was city for as far as the eye could see. It was my first time flying, and I had never been to a large city like Tokyo before, it was incredible. Hopefully someday I'll be able to explore the city proper.
Every Adventure archive video you know your going to get educated as well as see new places. The narration and music are always superb. I smash the like before I watch their videos because I know it's going to be a straight banger.
New Video!!! Enjoyed it very much. You guys are my inspiration to get outside more. Either to hike or just sit, and relax. And just take it all in.😊 Love ya guys. Stay safe.
Thanks for sharing your adventure. Guys I recommended you visit the himalayan mountains k2 and Nangaparbat view point from one place moses peak. Add this sound in your bucket list.
Never get tired of seeing Japan content, particularly Tokyo. Thanks for the insights. Kawagoe is something special and probably lucky you weren't there during the day when there are thousands of tourists. You got to see the quiet side of it.
When I saw the title, I did not expect to see the urban side. It is a good change though. I wonder what the sky tree looks like. There are very very many buildings in Tokyo. The soundtrack is great. The tour was nice. ❤❤❤
Gosh, I haven’t heard the movie “Kikujiro” mentioned in an eternity! One of my favourite movies and yet not too many people I know seem to have seen it 😅
I was just in Japan. I wondered what the weird structure was in the bay. For me, I thought it was from the movie Contact or Stargate. I didn't go to the top of the tower.
If I recall from my days of living in Japan in the 90s, the MOS in MOS Burger stood for Mountain Ocean Sunshine. The burgers were pretty good and always served hot.
Tokyo is amazing! I picked up a DJI Pocket 3 while in Japan and promised myself to create a vlog to justify the splurge. Proud to say I just posted my first youtube video! The view from my hotel was definitely better then the Skytree!
Oh wow, looks really nice during the day. I went at night and unfortunately all the lights from the photo op spots they had in the tower caused a ton of reflections in the windows and it kinda spoiled the view. Seeing the tower illuminations from close up was cool, though.
Very nice….Nice views on Top of the Tokyo Skytree, and I enjoyed the hiking videos from the Japan trip as well. I was always fascinated by Mt. Fuji even on the Microsoft Flight Simulator.
Tokyo has the most populous metro area in the world, at over 37 million. Tokyo proper is about 14 million, while Mexico City proper is under 9 million. The largest city proper in the world is Chongqing, China, at over 32 million.
My God I really missed Robby's Japan travel videos. Robby your editing skills and taste in music are simply the best !!
I absolutely love the shot at 18:08 of the person in the apartment stairwell overlooking the train tracks.
Same, that’s actually my favorite set of shots from the whole video. Those types of moments are kind of what I live for when making videos.

Completely agree! They're amazing! But the vids from 2015 and 2016 are up there as well!

Michael with long hair is unexpected!! Glad to see him on the channel again.
The city videos are a nice change of pace compared to "outdoor" videos. This looks like a really cool trip from the last few videos you guys put out.
And a very impressive resonance in that bell, brought my new headphones to life❤

Thanks for sharing your Tokyo Adventures. ;) I love Thomas representing Hocking Hills, Ohio with his shirt while touring Tokyo.
So enjoyable! Good to see Marisa back in a video. She adds a little more class to the motley group.
i have to lodge a formal complaint: no frog content???????
Hahah you know, I never actually saw any frogs. Maybe it’s one of those things where only kids can see them?
We looked but we didn’t find any!
Dude! The Japan trips are finally back! I have been rewatching Robby's Japan Vlogs since 2019 and finally we got to see new ones! Thank you so much!

Such a beautiful country..
Incredible video as always

I swear I remember back when I watched the Kumotori hike, I mistook Michael for Thomas. Good to see Michael again.
Brave souls to ride those elevators 😧
Guys do Mt Everest Base camp or even summit
Yoooo! Michael rocking the long hair! Good to see him amd his fam

Scene at 18:08 left me speechless.

My only issue with the view from Skytree is that Skytree isn't in it. Still very cool. And a very cool video.
What did you use to find and book your hostels for the kumano kodo trail?
Wow Michael's also going through his long hair phase. When's Thomas's turn?
Got the long hair don't care team!!
In my experience It is cheaper to eat at skytree (gazilion of choices) than at mos burger ^_^ i love mos burger though!
If I recall from my days of living in Japan in the 90s, the MOS in MOS Burger stood for Mountain Ocean Sunshine. The burgers were pretty good and always served hot.
Do they mention anything about the SkyTree also used as a 'sun dial'?
When is the next hiking trip?
Tokyo is amazing! I picked up a DJI Pocket 3 while in Japan and promised myself to create a vlog to justify the splurge. Proud to say I just posted my first youtube video! The view from my hotel was definitely better then the Skytree!
Never click so fast 😂❤
Does Andrew have a horticultural degree

Tokyo is just too much for me now, I used to live there but whenever I go back it just drains my energy. But it is awesome.

Good to see Michael again. That is an impressive collection he has. Robby loves that Japanese aesthetic. 👍🇯🇵
I have not been around long enough I see, who is Michael? He looks very interesting!
no public trash cans since the 1995 Tokyo poison gas attack in the metro
Mexico City has over 22 million people - much larger than Tokyo!
Tokyo has the most populous metro area in the world, at over 37 million.
Tokyo proper is about 14 million, while Mexico City proper is under 9 million.
The largest city proper in the world is Chongqing, China, at over 32 million.
Wrong.
