I've got permission at a farm pond in Wisconsin that is absolutely loaded with bass and hybrid bluegill. First time out I caught well above 100 bass and AVERAGED 3lbs. My thumbs were bleeding when I left. The owner ask me why I don't come out more often. I told him I'll forget how to fish if I'm at his pond more than once a month. It's a piece of bass fishing heaven. I don't mind watching you catch fish in a bucket. I do it myself no more than once a month. Lol

Crappie will go crazy in a pond when nor regularly harvested, we had a shallow pond near where I grew up and the adults regularly were like go catch a bunch of those crappie and dump them in the creek.

Line that pan with foil and put a rack on it and the fish will stay crispier plus it will keep you from having to clean the sheet pan. Nice to see the catch and cook and thanks for taking us fishing with you. Always glad to help ya enjoy the pleasures in life you get from us viewers!!😊

Yeppers, between now and 3" of ice, it's a good time to catch big crappie. Yearling shad are too big to eat now so their food supply is more limited. Good time to eat them too, I think they're best caught from colder water. Great video as always, thanks and take care out there.

i have found when making quesadillas .... heat your cast iron skillet and when hot sit it on top of the quesadilla . it serves 2 purposes.. 1 it smashes it together and 2 it heats it up and browns it.. thus removing the need to try and flip it.....Pa Pow 1

All of the lakes around me are public and fall fishing really sucks. You have so many rivers, and lakes and streams that are not overfished. Lucky fellow and lady.
The sand and gravel pits where I live the crappie are generally suspended at 6 or 7 feet . Slip bobber and minnows rock ! Look at Mr fancy pants with the bottle of Makers Mark !
Fishing has been good. I got a 6 pound drum bud and a few nice channels last weekend up here on the red river in ND. Got to admit I'm getting excited for ICE FISHING!!

The fall fly bite is amazing for panfish and bass. Love a good crappie hole. Mainly having success with dry/poppers but wet is also really good. Have a trout catch and cook planned for the end of October.

All of the lakes around me are public and fall fishing really sucks. You have so many rivers, and lakes and streams that are not overfished. Lucky fellow and lady.

Here in Lorain Ohio it's Walleye season. I catch them on shore at night.

The sand and gravel pits where I live the crappie are generally suspended at 6 or 7 feet . Slip bobber and minnows rock ! Look at Mr fancy pants with the bottle of Makers Mark !
Fishing has been good. I got a 6 pound drum bud and a few nice channels last weekend up here on the red river in ND. Got to admit I'm getting excited for ICE FISHING!!

The fall fly bite is amazing for panfish and bass. Love a good crappie hole. Mainly having success with dry/poppers but wet is also really good. Have a trout catch and cook planned for the end of October.
