I’m a month from cold-Turkey after 19 years smoking. Took a dual aortic aneurysm, open heart surgery, being dead for 75 minutes, and losing most of my 2023 season (probably). But hey, I’ll never smoke again 😂
My hardest part was driving I still hit my pocket for one every once in a while but I quit drinking about five years ago and it wasn't any easier but drinking is a bad trigger they mix so well

I was in Kansass once. I was traveling back from New Mexico in a van with a bunch of backpackers and we stopped off at a fair that was there.
We ended up playing mud volleyball.
That was my once experience in Kansass.

It has been seventeen years since I quit smoke and the damage you do when you smoke will never be undone but you will feel so much healthier. The best part is After the first year you get your sinuses and your taste buds completely back and you're able to taste and smell everything cause I love food.

I live in Daytona Beach Florida cigarettes in alcohol little cheaper because they have no state tax but I'll go fishing for 2 to 3 hours if I don't smoke a whole pack of cigarettes and I love to surf last week I pedaled past the pier that was out of breath
