Kian Gregory true, but keep in mind I didn't make this ROM hack, might as well take advantage of the power-ups since they are sitting right there in front of you lol.
Mostly of the Bossess from this game are "locked" to only certain attack, i mean, you can't really kill anyone with normal beam unless you charge it, the same to those who needs missiles... i feel this is a nice mode for killing those bastards who took tons of lifes on the original game, like Mother Brain... that fucking thing took hours and hours away from me
@@maxthompson7107They absolutely do, this is how games should be designed. In the base game it's designed with sequence breaks in mind but they can't arbitrarily make stuff harder IF you decide to sequence break. By the time you get to Kraid in base game and assuming you follow the linear path the chozo statues set you up for, you absolutely will not have supers yet.
deco twins you need a program called Lunar IPS (which I think I linked in the description), it’s an easy to use patcher that works on just about anything as long as the patch itself was made for such thing. The patch itself is .ips which is the format Lunar IPS uses (indicated by the name as well). All you have to do is open Lunar IPS and click “Apply patch” or “Apply” (haven’t used it in a while, but I know there is an apply button). Choose the patch, then choose the ROM to patch it to, there you have it.
M0nkeytail that's just something the ROM hacker did to the enemies, made it possible to freeze them. Either an oversight or was designed to be super easy that way.
I beaten the Game Without any power ofc beside bomb and morph and speed booster because that how you supposed to get out lol it took like idk i lost count
moose 1477 I honestly have no idea, this ROM hack was using a tileset built for testing purposes for ZM, and the boss organization was done by a ROM hacker. I don't know any of the titles of the music in ZM other than the area themes and some others like the map room or the chozo rooms.
Someone should make a 'matrix' hack where you get to slow down time, manipulate things like gravity and objects onscreen, and mayby even change the items you get in order to win!
The point of a boss rush is to complete all bosses with limited ammo and health. Ising only whats available. Having all the op items right away is cheating.
Mike Martinez again I didn't make this hack, I merely played through what was given, I'm sure most of us know what boss rush mode really is. Just something I downloaded, patched, and played for the fun of it.
i can also murder every single boss within a minute if i get every single power up from the start
Kian Gregory well that's the whole point of Boss Rush Mode really, use/get the best gear and start killing as fast as you can lol.
DeadSkullzJr i mean i kind of expect a challenge from something called boss rush mode
Kian Gregory true, but keep in mind I didn't make this ROM hack, might as well take advantage of the power-ups since they are sitting right there in front of you lol.
DeadSkullzJr i doubt the rom maker had experience with making a fair and balanced rom but still, i think metroid does need a boss rush mode

the concept is amazing, and i thnk it does the job. but it looks a bit unfinished
Very intensive but also a bit confusing mode: you've dealt away with all bosses so quickly like they were common, small enemies xD Good job!
Oh no I lost my suit... And I got it back
(during the space ship pary)
Most of these power ups look skippable though. You can add your own difficulty,
How?
@@reggiecanare By avoiding them
Super Missiles were broken in this game.
Right? They have no right to be able to kill Kraid that quickly!
@@maxthompson7107 yes they do

Hypothetically, what would have happened if you chose “don’t pick this” for the “difficulty”?
J Dawg 25o no idea actually, never gave it a shot.
@DeadSkullzJr
Record it and show us?
Mugen Kagemaru it’s just easy mode, nothing more. Tested it a couple days ago.
@@DeadSkullzJr can you help me I want to play this badly but I do not know how to play it like patching the from on the original

Where was Kraid's body
Kraid's body is part of the background
There thats it
Also I Like the White Chozo Statue
how'd you freeze the space pirates at the end, the black ones dont freeze

should be called Chozo Statue mode
Whats that music in the coding area?

moose 1477 that required professional ASM hacking and besides, this is a Game Boy Advance game, it is more than likely impossible lol.
IT would be impossible, but far from pheasable.
moose 1477 and your loss for words
On the thumbnail of the video, what is the font that 'Boss Rush Mode' is in??
Spunch Avidan I honestly don't remember, it's been a while.
@DeadSkullzJr
If you ever remember, I'd like to know as well, it looks like the font that was used in the subtitle for Samus Returns.
You Guys Can Skip To Battle
So sad there's no Crocomire. Before you say there's not, search up for: Metroid Zero Mission Crocomire".
I wasn't going to say there wasn't, in fact Crocomire was a scrapped mini boss in the game, some of his code and his graphics are still in the game.
@@DeadSkullzJr weirdly sound was removed
Quick question can it work on android emulators
space doge of course. Anything capable of running GBA games can run this.
DeadSkullzJr man it didn't work
space doge hmmm maybe your device isn't capable of running GBA games, or the emulator you are using isn't any good at all.
DeadSkullzJr the emulator I'm using is myboy the free version
space doge might be the rom hack then, I've never had problems with it though.
For minutes to colect all powerups geez
