I have watched several of these outdoor stands and this one by far looks the most tidy and well run. You can tell they take great pride in not only the quality of their food but of their stand. This has made me hungry for Thai food. Love it!
Out of all the street vendor pad thai vids I've seen, this one has got to be the cleanest one. I also liked her technique of putting the spatula between the pad thai sauce and the wok as she was adding the sauce to the wok. The spatula caught any drips.
