@@RifleGaming i have both deathclaw gauntlets one with +1 strength and one without and they do the same dmg when i equip them. Only difference was that i got 5 more carry weight out of the +1 strength

Melee will always be superior since the huge explosive nerf. It was almost over board on the nerf, as a rifle build I can pull out a non legendary axe and hit just as hard as all my guns if I’m not hitting vats crits.
I've got one of those harpoon guns myself and it's my main weapon followed by any of my vampire weapons. For the record any full auto vampire weapon can make the user essentially immortal but the higher the fire rate the better.
I quite like my 3 star Zealot's death tambo. It has 40% faster swing, +30% damage to Scorched, and +1 perception. It's pretty butal and silent on most anything, especially with 2x or more sneak melee damage. Level 60+ Super Mutants and ghoul types go down in 3-6 hits. Even Deathclaws can't put up much of a fight due to extra sneak perks I use, they can't seem to figure out what's going on.

Yeah and nah. What people seem to ignore are shotguns. Shotguns and SHPA means that you can become a carpet bomber, and actually one-shot teams of players, or just shred anything PvE before you see it.
One of my favorite things about your channel is that you are open to multiple different builds, I feel like everybody else is so focused on bloody and make you feel like you're playing the game wrong if that's not your build.

That Fletchett glitch has been there since fallout 4 Far Harbor, if you are specialized for heavy gunner, you can absolutely destroy everything in your path with this gun.
yeah that's Spears awesome I agree with you the spirits kind of underrated time because it doesn't do as much damage is other two and hers but it is faster and if you get it with a couple of good legendary effects on it you know it could easily become your favorite weapon. That one in particular I mean that is god tier
A nice list overall. I had a feeling that the spear felt faster than usual versus other 2-handed weapons. Quad Tesla with Faster Fire rate is pretty much the undisputed king of PvP; it just shreds players to the point where it's just easy street once you add in a Stealth Boy. I've been trying to convince my friends that the Meat Hook is an absolute beast of a melee weapon, but they don't believe me lmao
So in a nutshell, Bloodied + 40% Swing Speed is best in class with extra +1 to strength a bonus or with Vampire Effect on Minigun/Energy Weapon. I am surprised there was no Anti-Armour variants.
For another fun infinite ammo gun I have a two-shot explosive railway rifle. The explosion blast radius can also embed spikes, and so shooting a few shots into a group (or a group of corpses) will double-to-triple the recovered ammo easy. Make it prime, and it is a beast.
The shotgun works a lot better than any other type of weapon due to the medics effect proccing on each pellet, but a solid vats full auto rifles build does work well enough with the effect
It is really good. I use the perk cards four leaf clover which makes it so each hit in V.A.T.S has a chance to refill your crit meter (each pellet counts with shotguns), Grim Reapers Spirit which makes it so each kill in V.A.T.S has a chance to recharge your AP, and psychopath which I believe makes it so each kill in V.A.T.S has a chance to refill your crit meter. It also doesn't hurt to throw the better crits perk card and gunfu to really stack up that damage. Its also worth mentioning that the medics weapons not only heal you but they also heal your limbs if your crippled.
9:04 oh I actually sold it yesterday for like 15k in about 5 min later I put it on wendor, but eh I'm not a fan of bloody meta because my same "armor piercing" one with my stealth build does literally the same or even more damage (160-200 per hit)

picked up a bloody railway rifle in a vendor the other day but havent leveled my toon enough to use it. and i think my bloodied swing speed strength power fist will do a ton more damage since it pierces armor with the mod . great video rifle
Whomever did the video for the B/E handmade rifleman really needs to work on their build. I'm mostly teasing, but they should be doing a lot more damage and be a lot more durable. I mean, when there's a bloatfly pressed up to my face I tend to notice. I guess if I had that much health/ap lag, I'd also just shoot until I magically died. That gun is one of the most desirable in the game, (damn that duped B/E/A version on PC) so I'm glad you got footage for viewers. However, I think it's a bit misleading. The mods they put on are good for aiming down a sight, but I go for a true stock and barrel for better hip fire, damage drop at range and VATS expenditure. Considering they're using VATS exclusively, it's slightly better than bone stock. I put stabilized mods on my lever gun for long range sniping, because I don't VATS with it. As a rifleman build, I'd say I kill 70% of enemies at close range with a semi-auto rifle. I guess the takeaway is that a B/E handmade is great, even if you have a food build. In terms of full auto, commando build capability without heavy VATS reliance, a handmade is better than a Fixer. On paper, the Fixer is better, but the handmade holds more ammo, reloads a bit faster and has less muzzle climb. For a semi-auto rifleman, the Fixer is light years better. A stealth rifleman with a B/E handmade was my main character's workhorse until I got a B/E Fixer. I ran Gun-Fu for a while until realizing the game couldn't keep up with the DPS. Using a vats/cancel/vats technique with a bloody handmade/Fixer and a min/max build, you can absolutely eliminate most normal enemies with a single torso hit as fast as you can click. Guided Meditation is a good example for this. You can perch on top of the archway in front of the main steps and watch over the bridge and courtyard amplifiers. Allow the interior and side amps to be destroyed so the ghouls funnel towards the healthy ones and just pick them off with vats/cancel/vats. If you kill the scorched inside the monastery ahead of time, they're one hit each. With a bloody build that has a Perception score in the mid/high 30's and swapping in 3 rank Grim Reaper, it's like shooting fish in a barrel. Once the timer hits 30 seconds, sprint and repair the amplifiers for max level event rewards. Since the patch to events, Guided Meditation has averaged at least two legendary ghouls per attempt. I'm usually solo because the event is "tedious", but between the legendaries and the chance at rare outfits, I never miss it. The ghoul spawns are 2/3x as much on a private server, and kinda outrageous when you have 6+ people in your world. Dozens of ghouls like the Whitespring Golf Club on steroids. Body parts flying everywhere. Does console always have this much lag? On PC, the only time the game is this unresponsive is when 2-3 guys are blasting the SBQ with strangler armor and B/E plasma gatlings or LMGs. Given that she's dead in under a minute, that means almost never. It never gets that bad going solo in Meltdown, where I have the full attention of the server and all the ghouls in Appalachia show up for the end fight. My tower set up is modest, even by 2015 gaming standards. My connection speed is nothing to write to Mom about, either. I hated your videos a while back when you were unashamedly duping, but I'm glad to see you turn it around towards positive, informative content, despite all the bad press and bandwagoning happening in the community. I think you're probably the best 76 content on TH-cam, so keep up the good work!
Put a powerfull auto reciver on that handmade and crit spam and its WAY better! Also a quad ammo capacity faster fire rate telsa is REALY good in pvp! Keep up the good work rifle👍

Rifle. I don’t know what system you are playing on. I’m on X Box and came across an unusual spawn at the clean disposal near white springs. On one of the legendary Mutants a one star I received a ultricite laser pistol, and it does consecutive damage with each hit. It works great but eats ammo at a ridiculous rate. If your curious let me know., and I’ll let you showcase it if you would like.

My all time fav is my Quad Tesla with limb dmg. Uber crowd control. I have taken down entire bear packs with it and it seems to force the SB Queen to land. I love it for stopping enemies for low level players so the can get shots in unmolested. I bought it off if a fellow player for a song.
Love the melee weapons in the fallout series, i think i may just play a melee or unarmed build when i grow some. I just started Fallout 76 and i'm barely lvl 22, after the Wastelanders patch.
Tesla rifle still triggers bug that disables all ranged damage. You have to leave server or switch to melee and throwables. This bug been active since game release.
So one thing people should look at is a vampiric flamethrower equipped the perk card that heals teammates with flames and then this way go down to the queen you're going to heal yourself you're going to heal your teammates and you don't need a crit shot to do it
I have a two star version of that harpoon gun (quad/explosive) What's a good build for it? A lot of the heavy perk cards are for non explosive weapons.
Hey man, I also have the quad explosive harpoon gun. I use heavy gun perks, rank 4 demolitions expert, rank 2 tenderizer, and rank 4 adrenaline. I can get its base attack damage up to 1,200 once I get adrenaline running. It's also worth mentioning that it can be effected by the stabilized perk card while in power armor so you can ignore 45% of an enemies armor. Hope this helps. 👍 P.S. the harpoon gun is a great gun for just about everything except the scorchedbeast queen. If you use it on her you'll waste all your harpoons then you won't be able to retrieve them until she's dead, it is however a great way to quickly get your adrenaline to its fullest potential by taking out adds.
@@lucidsage5535 thanks my dude, I have a sort of jack of 3 trades build and I'm currently finishing up my bloodied vats build. Just needed a heavy build for shits and giggles. I can run a bloodied build and a melee one atm. Working on a vanguard type of build as well. I can't fully go hardcore into all of them but I have a lot of fun switching my build for different situations. A bloodied build for solo and a melee one when I'm with my girlfriend since she's somehow a magnet and a sneak build isn't too useful lol. By "non-explosive weapons", the Heavy Gunner perk cards are referring to the grenade launcher and Fatman. All the other types of heavy weapons with the Explosive legendary effect will benefit from Heavy Gunner cards.
I have or had most of these weapons PS4. The quad flechette harpoon is my go to and I have a 2 shot explosive rail gun with 50% damage on crit (best weapon for PvP so far)
I’ve got a bloodied 3 star tambo that I can make push out 300 dmg a hit and it also has 40% power attack dmg as a perk, sorry if that didn’t make sense as I’m a kinda new player and don’t know the names of most perks lol
I’ve been going after a vampires, v.a.t.s build. I need to say it is more overpowered than I thought. Your DPS won’t be as high as some other builds but it Makes us extremely difficult to kill
Got a 3 star Executioner's Knuckles, put a bladed mod on it and with Hack And Slash and Talons. Dude I didn't realise unarmed melee weapons were actually amazing.
vampire's level action with explosive shots and +1 agility is my prideful legendary. especially since i put on the prime receiver. It does a ton of damage and is what I now plan on carrying with me when doing the Scorched Beast Queen. But given the ultracite ammo is hard to make it might be a rarely brought out weapon.
So how about a Bloodied FFR and Faster Reload on a Railway Rifle? Found one in someone Vendor for 2500 caps yesterday and Immediately bought it. Guess the person didnt know what they had or was just trying to get rid of it.

😰 I got quite a few of these from purveyor but I recycled them for scrip. I've never really considered a bloody or junkie build. I started with a " ahhhh scorch beast" build and eventually went full tank mode. Lol. Dammit
I honestly can't understand how the damage stat on things like the harpoon gun and mole miner gauntlet are so high what perks and buffs are you using? If I made the same weapon I'd struggle to get the damage over 200
I just picked up a level 40anti-armor 40% swing speed 2 * that's better than any weapon I have course I put a third blade on it and it's incredible honestly you can take almost any weapon with almost any prefix and add 40% swing speed to it and it seems like it becomes a god tier weapon

Which brings me to another question....Or something like that....Whats wrong with my gameplay or what do I need to do differently to make Legendary enemies, namely 3 star legendary enemies, appear in my game?. I farm all the spots I have seen everyone say the best chances to have one spawn at, but NO legendary enemies spawn for me in any other place than White Springs Golf Club. Have seen people say, Guaranteed, a legendary enemy will spawn at a spot but nothing spawns for me but regular enemies. Even at Westek where everyone gets good loot....Not me. Lol. My luck is at 7 points so I dont think thats it. What am I missing here or doing wrong?
I got that exact same Bloodied Explosive Dmg resist Handmade from the Purveyor on my B-day. It's god tier to me since I run a bloody build. I've had crazy offers to buy it, but hell no, I'd never get another.
Yes and no, it is indeed cheaper and it can be less of gamble and have a higher chance of getting something good (Got an Anti-Armor/Explosive gatling gun once), but you could get one good effect and the other complete trash, and that's not talking about the weapon itself.
Your videos? Very good. You as a content creator? The best one for F76 TH-cam. Your knowledge of the map? Amazing. Your build and your understanding of this game mechanics - unfortunately, with a lot of room for improvement. Truth being told this game is ridiculously complicated and I don't see how I could both research it the way I do, and organize good content. Please don't take this as personal criticism, because overall you are doing an amazing work. But if you want to do weapon analysis on top notch level, I suggest you contact some of extreme PvPers, because we could take it to next level (PvE included). I got 2 bloodied weapons from the purveyor both explosive, i got 3 * mini gun and a 3* double Barrel shotgun with 90% reduce weight! I thought the game was broken because ive been grinding out events and farming to trade weapons and armor for script and never had such luck until this morning!

For another fun infinite ammo gun I have a two-shot explosive railway rifle. The explosion blast radius can also embed spikes, and so shooting a few shots into a group (or a group of corpses) will double-to-triple the recovered ammo easy. Make it prime, and it is a beast.

To be honest, I wish I had a better reason too, but they just don't fit my current build
The shotgun works a lot better than any other type of weapon due to the medics effect proccing on each pellet, but a solid vats full auto rifles build does work well enough with the effect
It is really good. I use the perk cards four leaf clover which makes it so each hit in V.A.T.S has a chance to refill your crit meter (each pellet counts with shotguns), Grim Reapers Spirit which makes it so each kill in V.A.T.S has a chance to recharge your AP, and psychopath which I believe makes it so each kill in V.A.T.S has a chance to refill your crit meter. It also doesn't hurt to throw the better crits perk card and gunfu to really stack up that damage. Its also worth mentioning that the medics weapons not only heal you but they also heal your limbs if your crippled.
9:04 oh I actually sold it yesterday for like 15k in about 5 min later I put it on wendor, but eh I'm not a fan of bloody meta because my same "armor piercing" one with my stealth build does literally the same or even more damage (160-200 per hit)

picked up a bloody railway rifle in a vendor the other day but havent leveled my toon enough to use it. and i think my bloodied swing speed strength power fist will do a ton more damage since it pierces armor with the mod . great video rifle
Whomever did the video for the B/E handmade rifleman really needs to work on their build. I'm mostly teasing, but they should be doing a lot more damage and be a lot more durable. I mean, when there's a bloatfly pressed up to my face I tend to notice. I guess if I had that much health/ap lag, I'd also just shoot until I magically died.
That gun is one of the most desirable in the game, (damn that duped B/E/A version on PC) so I'm glad you got footage for viewers. However, I think it's a bit misleading. The mods they put on are good for aiming down a sight, but I go for a true stock and barrel for better hip fire, damage drop at range and VATS expenditure. Considering they're using VATS exclusively, it's slightly better than bone stock. I put stabilized mods on my lever gun for long range sniping, because I don't VATS with it. As a rifleman build, I'd say I kill 70% of enemies at close range with a semi-auto rifle. I guess the takeaway is that a B/E handmade is great, even if you have a food build.
In terms of full auto, commando build capability without heavy VATS reliance, a handmade is better than a Fixer. On paper, the Fixer is better, but the handmade holds more ammo, reloads a bit faster and has less muzzle climb. For a semi-auto rifleman, the Fixer is light years better. A stealth rifleman with a B/E handmade was my main character's workhorse until I got a B/E Fixer. I ran Gun-Fu for a while until realizing the game couldn't keep up with the DPS. Using a vats/cancel/vats technique with a bloody handmade/Fixer and a min/max build, you can absolutely eliminate most normal enemies with a single torso hit as fast as you can click. Guided Meditation is a good example for this. You can perch on top of the archway in front of the main steps and watch over the bridge and courtyard amplifiers. Allow the interior and side amps to be destroyed so the ghouls funnel towards the healthy ones and just pick them off with vats/cancel/vats. If you kill the scorched inside the monastery ahead of time, they're one hit each. With a bloody build that has a Perception score in the mid/high 30's and swapping in 3 rank Grim Reaper, it's like shooting fish in a barrel. Once the timer hits 30 seconds, sprint and repair the amplifiers for max level event rewards. Since the patch to events, Guided Meditation has averaged at least two legendary ghouls per attempt. I'm usually solo because the event is "tedious", but between the legendaries and the chance at rare outfits, I never miss it. The ghoul spawns are 2/3x as much on a private server, and kinda outrageous when you have 6+ people in your world. Dozens of ghouls like the Whitespring Golf Club on steroids. Body parts flying everywhere.
Does console always have this much lag? On PC, the only time the game is this unresponsive is when 2-3 guys are blasting the SBQ with strangler armor and B/E plasma gatlings or LMGs. Given that she's dead in under a minute, that means almost never. It never gets that bad going solo in Meltdown, where I have the full attention of the server and all the ghouls in Appalachia show up for the end fight. My tower set up is modest, even by 2015 gaming standards. My connection speed is nothing to write to Mom about, either.

Put a powerfull auto reciver on that handmade and crit spam and its WAY better! Also a quad ammo capacity faster fire rate telsa is REALY good in pvp!

Rifle. I don’t know what system you are playing on. I’m on X Box and came across an unusual spawn at the clean disposal near white springs. On one of the legendary Mutants a one star I received a ultricite laser pistol, and it does consecutive damage with each hit. It works great but eats ammo at a ridiculous rate. My all time fav is my Quad Tesla with limb dmg. Uber crowd control. I have taken down entire bear packs with it and it seems to force the SB Queen to land. I love it for stopping enemies for low level players so the can get shots in unmolested. I bought it off if a fellow player for a song.

Tesla rifle still triggers bug that disables all ranged damage. You have to leave server or switch to melee and throwables. This bug been active since game release.

I found the best LMG I ever saw one time. Bloodied, 33% better VATS accuracy, and 25% less VATS cost. Holy moly I love it
So one thing people should look at is a vampiric flamethrower equipped the perk card that heals teammates with flames and then this way go down to the queen you're going to heal yourself you're going to heal your teammates and you don't need a crit shot to do it

Hey man, I also have the quad explosive harpoon gun. I use heavy gun perks, rank 4 demolitions expert, rank 2 tenderizer, and rank 4 adrenaline. I can get its base attack damage up to 1,200 once I get adrenaline running. It's also worth mentioning that it can be effected by the stabilized perk card while in power armor so you can ignore 45% of an enemies armor. Hope this helps. 👍 P.S. the harpoon gun is a great gun for just about everything except the scorchedbeast queen. If you use it on her you'll waste all your harpoons then you won't be able to retrieve them until she's dead, it is however a great way to quickly get your adrenaline to its fullest potential by taking out adds.

I can run a bloodied build and a melee one atm. Working on a vanguard type of build as well. I can't fully go hardcore into all of them but I have a lot of fun switching my build for different situations.
A bloodied build for solo and a melee one when I'm with my girlfriend since she's somehow a magnet and a sneak build isn't too useful lol.

By "non-explosive weapons", the Heavy Gunner perk cards are referring to the grenade launcher and Fatman. All the other types of heavy weapons with the Explosive legendary effect will benefit from Heavy Gunner cards.

Got a 3 star Executioner's Knuckles, put a bladed mod on it and with Hack And Slash and Talons. Dude I didn't realise unarmed melee weapons were actually amazing.
vampire's level action with explosive shots and +1 agility is my prideful legendary. especially since i put on the prime receiver. It does a ton of damage and is what I now plan on carrying with me when doing the Scorched Beast Queen. But given the ultracite ammo is hard to make it might be a rarely brought out weapon.

Fist weapons get damage from unarmed and one handed perks
Also unyeilding/bloodied/furious stuff goes nuts if you have your character set up correct
@@ocarinafrek Iron fist seems to be the only one that adds to your damage. One handed perks don't affect death claw gauntlets and miner gauntlets etc.

I honestly can't understand how the damage stat on things like the harpoon gun and mole miner gauntlet are so high what perks and buffs are you using? If I made the same weapon I'd struggle to get the damage over 200
I just picked up a level 40anti-armor 40% swing speed 2 * that's better than any weapon I have course I put a third blade on it and it's incredible honestly you can take almost any weapon with almost any prefix and add 40% swing speed to it and it seems like it becomes a god tier weapon

Which brings me to another question....Or something like that....Whats wrong with my gameplay or what do I need to do differently to make Legendary enemies, namely 3 star legendary enemies, appear in my game?. I farm all the spots I have seen everyone say the best chances to have one spawn at, but NO legendary enemies spawn for me in any other place than White Springs Golf Club. Have seen people say, Guaranteed, a legendary enemy will spawn at a spot but nothing spawns for me but regular enemies. Even at Westek where everyone gets good loot....Not me. Lol. My luck is at 7 points so I dont think thats it. What am I missing here or doing wrong?

Yes and no, it is indeed cheaper and it can be less of gamble and have a higher chance of getting something good (Got an Anti-Armor/Explosive gatling gun once), but you could get one good effect and the other complete trash, and that's not talking about the weapon itself.

Reduced weight is really nice on a lot of weapons. 15% reload on certain weapons (LMG) is also great.

Your build and your understanding of this game mechanics - unfortunately, with a lot of room for improvement. Truth being told this game is ridiculously complicated and I don't see how I could both research it the way I do, and organize good content. Please don't take this as personal criticism, because overall you are doing an amazing work. I got 2 bloodied weapons from the purveyor both explosive, i got 3 * mini gun and a 3* double Barrel shotgun with 90% reduce weight! I thought the game was broken because ive been grinding out events and farming to trade weapons and armor for script and never had such luck until this morning!
