  • This video explains that although sound and breath appear to be two different things, once you become aware of the breath, you will HEAR the sound of it. As you become aware of the rhythm of your breath, you gradually become aware of how subtle it is, and just the sound remains. This helps to bring your awareness to the subtlest parts of yourself, which has the benefit of uplifting and transforming your life.
