      If you can dream it, you can do it. Sticks can be so personal to a player. Tons of cool stuff and mods (both minor and major) out there. Thanks for watching!

    I thought I commented this on another one of your videos but I cant find it so my question was at 1:00 you briefly show that purple stick that you have. What type of plastic is the purple enclosure made out of?

      @HushMySweet1  ปีที่แล้ว +4

      Technically it’s called Ballistic Lucite-polymethyl methacrylate. But it’s just a thicker variant (1.1" thick) of plexiglass with rubber enamel color layers in the bottom of the sheet.

    I would love to see more custom lever tops, I ended up loving the capsule style top I got with the ist knee lever. I just need an all white one.

    I've been thinking about modding my Mayflash F101, so this video may help me with what choices I want to make.
    This video is great!

      @@HushMySweet1 Hello! I switched out the square restriction plate/panel thing for an octagonal one.
      So far, playing fighters has been easier! Turns out lots of button can be switched out easily, and I learned that different button types may fit with different controllers which is neat!

    5:14 what fight stick is that with the bars in it for the strap?

    • @HushMySweet1
      @HushMySweet1  ปีที่แล้ว

      Junk Food Arcade Snack Box. That's the first model, but they are on their V2 variant now, but there are still holes in the case to insert bars and do the strap thing.

    which gate would be best on the lever for games such as SF6?

    • @HushMySweet1
      @HushMySweet1  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Depends on your character and your own feel sensibilities. I like square (rounded square, actually) best because I can hit down back easier for crouch block which is super important in SF. Plus I used to play charge characters and they seemed easier on square gate. I had a friend who liked octogates because he could ride it easier and he thought it made hadouken-style input moves easier. You can do well with any gate. They are super cheap too, so I'd buy some and give each a try to see what you like the most. Good luck.

    Where did you get the top of the buttons from

    • @HushMySweet1
      @HushMySweet1  หลายเดือนก่อน

      You can cannibalize other buttons of the same type/brand to mix and match colors. Also, I believe Arcade Shock or one of the big suppliers sells concave caps. And then you can grab wilder ones through etsy shops. I think Barne's Industries and Sleepy's Arcade will be a good place to start on etsy. Good luck!
