    Hi Sevetine, Please a video dedicated to hormonal impact of toxins and/or actions to reduce exposure and/or increase resistance to toxins. Can nutrition help our fight against toxins?

      Well noted, I’ll plan a video to explain this in more details. Toxins have a lot more impact and are much harder to get rid of than we realise. Nutrition can do its part as well.

    Huh? Did you say you can reverse perimenopause?

      Hi, no you can’t reverse perimenopause as this is a natural process every woman will go through in their life, that typically starts in the late 30s, but may happen much before. What we can do however is manage a number of menopause symptoms that happen during perimenopause naturally, using nutrition, lifestyle and supplements. Sometimes this is enough to go through perimenopause without too much pain, sometimes this isn’t and medication would be required. We are lucky to live in a time when women no longer have to suffer during perimenopause, they have options. Hope this makes sense.
