For anybody wondering, in Scotland we pronounce Edinburgh like Edinbruh (like bra but with a 'Uh' sound instead of an A.) Glad you enjoyed it 😊xx

As an east coaster, I’ve noticed Taylor pronounces a few words interestingly… but I eventually learned it’s the Southern Cali accent 💚 but i pronounce “water” like “wooder” so what do i know 😂
@@iammango08 Actually, that may be how native Scottish people pronounce Edinburgh but try dictating Edinburgh as Taylor says it and your phone won’t spell it correctly. This is because the rest of the world pronounces it the way Taylor does.
I'm in Edinburgh right now! It is beautiful, amazing, and Im in love with it but I totally understand the wifi thing! After trying everything I ended up going to the public library and applying for a library card which was super easy and then I could use their wifi! It was really fast and I was able to upload my video in minutes!

I was in Edinburgh 3 years ago, and seeing all these spaces is so crazy to me. My world was totally different back then. Covid happened to the world, and I've had 2 babies...and it's there, thriving like it has since the 1600's. ❤️

I knew you would love Edinburgh! Scotland is the most incredible place.
Taylor: You need to invest in *merino wool* pieces so you can layer up. They're thin, comfortable, breathable, stylish, keep you warm but also dissipate heat and low to no odor/antimicrobial. It's what high end outdoor athletes use. I can use 3-4 layers with a puffy jacket on top, then de-layer as needed.
Fall vibes must include changing leaves, cozy weather, and Taylor vlogs. 🍁☕️🍂
SO glad you loved my hometown! I moved away 4 years ago and miss it a lot. But it's so nice when people hear my accent and tell me it's their favourite city. Edinburgh is for everyone!

I love Edinburgh, but if you want to experience the beauty of Scotland, go to Inverness and then drive along Loch Ness to Skye, it is the most beautiful place I have ever been to. You should also come to Belfast, do a bit of a tour of Northern Ireland and then go down to Dublin, and also Cork. Ireland is amazing, it's always green and the people are very friendly, you would love it!

I just got back from visiting a few cities and Edinburgh was by far my favorite. The beauty of the city, the lovely people, the history… I could go on and on. It was lovely to relive a bit of it through your vlog.

I really love the evolution of your channel and I have been watching you since maybe 2016-17 I think. I recently rewatched one of your old videos I was looking for what you did with dry skin when you were going through your acne treatment and I realized how much you’ve changed and all for the positive!

In Europe, Edinburgh is not underrated at all, it's actually the opposite so it's always too packed with tourists and this makes everything more stressful. Also the mice problem is pretty real and unfortunately there's not much to do about it as pest control is never called for the whole building, we've been dealing with it for over 6 months 😫

Ahh, fabulous to see you are in Scotland, Taylor. Edinburgh is one of the best cities in the world imho. People tend to visit the UK & think its all about London, we have so many other amazing places.
And I have one of those ceiling clothes airers in my house. They are brilliant. I've never needed a tumble dryer.
My Mom studied abroad on Scotland when she was in college, and we still have friends in Edinburgh. It is a very nice city, and we had a great time last time we visited
I absolutely love how real and down to earth you are Taylor. Thank you for always being genuine and honest about how your trips are going and not just posting the highlight reels of your trips. It’s very comforting to know other people also experience Wifi or data issues or have trouble getting taxis, etc. it’s important for people to realize the risks and potential challenges of traveling.

I'm from upstate NY and spent 2 months traveling around the UK this summer. Before I left home I joked that I was going to look for Scot with an ancestral castle so I could get married and stay in the UK. I didn't, but I did fall head over heels for a guy in England! We've been together since July and making plans to start the fiance visa process in the spring!

Edinburgh was INCREDIBLE. I traveled solo for a few days there and I loooved it. Took a tour to Loch Ness and the drive thru the Scottish highlands was INSANE! Loved it. I Recommend Edinburgh to everyone.

Try halloumi ripped apart in a authentic middle eastern pita wrap (one layer of it the wraps can break apart into two)with tabouleh or the wrap with tabouleh and labne it is my fav period snack 😂

When I stayed there i stayed above a pub called the jolly judge. It was super close to castle. Coolest thing I did was a little red bus tour to the place where “loch ness” is. Lol. I also walked to the queens castle and walked through a cemetery. It was dreary but cool to have been.

Edinburgh is probably my favorite city! Loved everything about it. The architecture, the history and cool little nooks and crannies and the kirk yards are the best! Did you visit Holyrood Castle and Gardens? I loved it! Too bad it gets dark so quickly in the fall. I went in July and it's still light out at 10pm. If you get a chance, try and get to the Isle of Skye. So worth it!

This has been amazing to see you in Edinburgh. I live around 50 mins away . There is also a beautiful beach in Edinburgh called Portobello beach . Still watching so perhaps you went or you heard about it . Anyway loved this and had commented under Jessica and Tyler’s AMA video that they should visit Edinburgh and then saw this video right afterwards.

4 years ago I interned abroad in Dublin for 2 months, and one weekend my friends and I went to Edinburgh - it's GORGEOUS!!! Like a fairy tale city 🥲
I visited in 2016 when I studied abroad in England and it was definitely my favorite city! I'm looking forward to going back.
Been to Edinburgh on a cruise several years back and found it to be lovely! I use to eat halloumi in Chicago all the time but since moving to Phoenix 4 yrs ago haven't had any since moving here. I will have to look for it next time in grocery store
