Harrison Smith *SACK TRICK* Puts Vikings in *WIN* Column [Week 4 at Carolina]

Old man Smith ISN'T DEAD YET. Six-time Pro Bowler Harrison Smith had three clutch sacks (a "Sack Trick" if you will) including a strip-sack of Bryce Young that led to a game-altering 51-yard fumble return for a touchdown by D.J. Wonnum. The Vikings defeated the Carolina Panthers 21-13 for their first win of the season. F**king finally.
Kirk Cousins overcame two interceptions-a 99-yard pick six that was DEFINITELY his fault, and another on the Carolina 21 before the half that was DEFINITELY Ed Ingram's fault (did anyone pick up Dalton Risner at the airport?). But Kirk threw two touchdown passes (should've been three... Ed Oliver) to Justin Jefferson and the Vikings finally. Have. Momentum.
Alexander Mattison added 95 yards on the ground, and Cam Akers looked freaking fluid in his Purple debut.
Also making an appearance: Marcus Davenport. Davenport sacked Bryce Young on third down on Carolina's possession following the Wonnum TD, and Cousins took advantage of an offsides Panthers D-line to find Jefferson for a 30-yard touchdown 50/50 ball over the too-small Carolina DB. The score give the Vikings a 21-13 lead on the final play of the third quarter.
The Panthers attempted to rally late, getting inside the Vikings 10 yard line with less than two minutes, but Brian Flores dialed up the safety blitz again, and Smith sacked Young twice on the final three plays-including on fourth-and-goal at the 18, to seal the win. Minnesota finished with five sacks, all in the second half.
Adam Thielen was looking great in his revenge game, and finished with seven catches for 76 yards against his former team while battling through a mid-game ankle injury.
“I definitely wanted this win,” said Thielen. Yeah, well... tough. Go whine some more to the refs about Kirk's final throw from OUTSIDE THE POCKET.
Vikings are officially 1-3 and host Patrick Mahomes, Travis Kelce, and Taylor Swift next week at U.S. Bank Stadium next week. Pray for the Purple, Skoldiers.

Didn't anyone but Adam Thielen realize that Cousins incomplete pass killed the clock with 3 seconds left in the game, and that Carolina should have a chance to have the ball for a final play? Bad clock management keep running untill the clock runs out, heck run into the endzone and take a safety to run out the clock but essetially kill the clock and turn the ball over on downs what a stupid play.

The scoreboard I was looking at showed 3 seconds, someone on here said the scoreboard was wrong but was it, that person also saw the scoreboard? Thielen didn't think so. If there was 3 seconds before the play was run and it didn't start okay that makes sense, but all I know is that I saw 3 seconds on the clock. I have looked for a replay of that play but I haven't seen one.
