Not only is he known to lay the boom but he’s very quite and subtle in the way he moves in life but every team knows when the Purple 22 is back there they’d better be careful throwing his way. He’s a safety. Other than Polamalu and Ed Reed who both were on historically good defensive teams, safeties don’t get a lot of attention as they are considered less talented and doing an easier job than the corners.

It’s crazy. He’s from my hometown. He went to Knoxville catholic, there was another really great player named Dennis Rodman that went to Fulton, they showed their games on tv and I remember being glued to the tv watching them. It’s cool to see him have such a good career.

This past off season I saw an all time stat comparison of all the 6-7 major stats from a saftey against Troy polemalu (the stats didn't have a name tho so I had no clue who the player was) and it was such a tough choice deciding who was better. My 5 roommates and I all split the decision 3/3. then we saw who that stats were and we went insane. Dude is a sure fire hof and is never talked that's wild

He amazed me when he played my kid’s high school in Knoxville. I had to yell for him. I knew his dad and they are almost twins in looks. My kids kept telling me I wasn’t supposed to yell for the opposite team. You couldn’t help but yell for him the way he rolled around on that field when we played them at Catholic. Amazing player!! Joe Namath is in for ONE super bowl win. Many giant's players are in because of market and superbowl wins. John Lynch wasn't even the best in the NFC when he played, but he has a ring and played on a team with Sapp, Barber, Brooks,etc..If the Vikings, regardless of their market, had won ONE in the 70s, and ONE in the 80s or 90s, their would be several more of their players in the HOF.
