For men to express emotions, finding a space and a person to be vulnerable with is very important. Since its already been a society which suppresses men from expressing their emotions verbally and communicate about it, the only emotions that is allowed to be shown is anger and men hold on to that as the first priority emotion to keep others afar as it allows them to get their space to go through the emotional rollercoaster going on within them. So I feel it is something both men and women have to understand and learn to be able to create that space as expressive men who are able to communicate and understand what emotions they are going through and put it across for the other people around to learn what is actually going on. It is simply going to make relationships a lot healthier for all genders. Good podcast.. Felt like it ended up too soon but you are taking up good topics.. Keep up the good work..

    After watching your 1st potcast
My perspective of love was changed. In my case if i love someone i should love her life time after that love is not at all at big deal.

As I mentioned in your previous video, please consider creating a podcast where you and your husband discuss how you met, what drew you to each other as life partners, the challenges you've faced, and your vision for the future in terms of family. I'm interested in hearing about your journey together. Your perspective towards life seems to be so jovial, and I want to know how destiny played a role in your life. You seem to be a cool person to talk about anything...

I guess in the world of fast consumption, it is good to be able to savour an episode, deliberate about it and let it question you for a while before the new one drops, and you're taken to another world of new ideas and perspectives, no?

The group of people who mentioned men's too have to express. It is okay to express but sooner or later they always will be played with the emotions by another parties. Trust me this is the bitter truth. Being real with partners is good but there are times where the females will be challenging us indirectly knowing our weakness. Reality is different bro. A lot of them keep it themselves for multiple reasons and some want to be in a good book with women. So many men's struggling out.

This conversation feels like 2 rich kids who has previllaged background speaking of Instagramable men emotions rather than real ones
For the host try someone from other industries other than media and calling upon your inner circle people
I have seen 3 of your podcast until now but all of them feel similar no changes at all on topics either

from the looks of it , i assuming that this guys life was on easy mode most of the time and his friends were also with similar experience ,
    1. the men crying part is handled very casually in this podcast by both the host and the guest, but in reality men should not cry in front of anyone and everyone. people will tell otherwise but only who has experienced the outcome will know that it's true.
I have myself seen my friends who are girls mock and discount their boyfriend agony and pain by calling them crybaby, chotu, want lollipop, and so on.most girls action and words are seldom in sync on such topics.
    2. promotion of live-in relationship is on the rise , this is very childish in my opinion. if we love some one we would definitely compromise on some level and make it work. but the ability to take test drive makes this whole thing more like a automobile shopping, how many live-in relation ship have failed miserably, take Shraddha & Aftab case for instance.
since you people are influencers who are promoting live-in and suppose something really bad happens to either party and their decision to go for live-in was based on one of your podcast, it means you influenced them right?what about the accountability?
    3. your line of question is more abrupt, most people can not relate to your guest if they are not familiar with your guest. it's better to have a intro about the guest upbringing, economical clique he/she belonged to during his early days and present.for example I had a culture shock when Gayatri said she had her fair share of flings and drinks during her college years. i absolutely couldn't relate being in her age group.
