While rooted in real estate, many of his investing principles can be effectively applied to a diverse range of asset classes.
For the viewers wondering abt the poes garden example. It’s cagr of around 16 % for 57 years..

A throughly enjoyable video and thanks much for the effort making it. I wasn't aware of your channel until an hour ago and I got my fix from content from other states.

Wish to see Faye D'Souza and Niranjan Narayanaswamy as guests in one, Anand Narasimhan and Deepti Sachdeva in the other, Palki Sharma and Arnab Goswami in the next. We know them as news anchors. They are inspiring people in India with great knowledge. It will be good to see them talk about these on your channel. Try and make it. It is a request.
Manifesting for this to happen❤️
Great Content Mercy. Even I am fan of Faye D'Souza since long. To me she is like a Googlepedia for any happening topic. She inspires lot of Women in India with her progressive thoughts.
Very curious to hear more about this! Definitely love content that's uncovering what the mainstream keeps echoing.
mercy john, you have the prettiest laugh ❤
By the way mercy is beautiful❤
This was so refreshing, to get a perspective of millenial and gen z..
Thank you!❤
Great conversation! Suggestion - A little introduction about the guest in the beginning could help! Half the time i kept wondering who's this fellow😁
❤
Interesting and informative conversation ❤ Loved every bit of it!
Thank you so much❤
Hey I am a fan of your channel and am truly glad to see that there are interesting conversations being posted on the internet from our city. I am intrigued by the demographics of your channel as it primarily caters to an English speaking urbane audience. In Chennai atleast, where does one find this type of a crowd as even in in the poshest of cafes, the crowd has changed considerably. The kinds of people that used to visit a space like Amethyst are very dispersed. Even in the comment section of your first video, you can see the presence of local or upgraded localites in the videos. The demographic your kind of content is catered towards, who are they and where can they be found easily ?
Totally agreed 👍🏻
This is one awesome episode. Very relatable.
Thank you!😊
Such an informative episode!! Keep em coming

Gen-z's are soft cant take minor jokes with a pinch of salt as buch of snowflakes roamin as npc's with broccoli hair and loose shirt !!! not genralizing though !!
Sorry who is this KK, Mercy... can you add a detailed intro..
Sorry.. who is this KK , Mercy.. 1:56
Someone give all the genz slang 😂
Two gen z should have a conversation and millennials need to watch it....!! 😅😅
Lovely and Blissful Interaction.. Such a cool convo. Really had good time listening :) thanku mercy ❤. Keep making more interesting and amazing podcasts. Iam going to share with all And iam Gen Z 1999 born
Thank you so much ❤
Bruh...99 in context of our country's pop culture is more of a millennial though where we'll see it more like 90s and 2k in reference to changes in lifestyle and technology unlike in west where milenial starts from 1980-96 and genz from 97-2012 which cant be applied to us as it doesn't align with those changes as before 90s there isnt any technology accessible to common people and they dont differ that much from the ones older to them in many ways though !!!
Loved the convo!♥️
Thank you so much❤
Loving this episode.
Thank you so much❤
Major audience ungaluku tamil dhana...so tamil la pesunga

Gen z is not a product of western culture but we are the generation that’s actually filter good stuffs both from Indian and western culture
@@adithiyaagayhathri433 You need to first understand that your fundamental beliefs about what is right and wrong are completely dependent on what you consume
@@Jajaja-fp3ov she just like idgaf abt whatever you already said. Just chill bruh take it easy 😂✌️
But the problem is most of those stuff are either uninspiring or genric with some political influence to it compared to back then where things were far more vibrant and had sense of soul into it starting fro movies,cartoons,songs,games..etc...
@@DesiBoIl @Jajaja-fp3ov We need individualism to promote individual freethinking ,the reason why west thrives unlike us where we barely survive without adhering to so called toxic social norms !!!
@@Jajaja-fp3ovexactly it depends of what u consume. But consumption is individual I have seen some cartoons that my friends haven’t so me and my friend have different take on each things. My point is don’t make it generic
Ohhh my god their English is soo gooood i need to learn that.....

@@Mercyonair Mam, Could you share some tips on how I can improve my English speaking skills
