Dismantle switches, clean contacts, clean bulb holder contacts, check your earths, the switches earth through the handlebars which has to pass through your headstock bearings etc
Is another earth under the regulator/rectifier and another from negative terminal to starter

Also check your oil level switch as I believe the rear lights somehow pass through it
