Looks and sounds mint, love it. Will look mint with the LEDs underneath. May I make a suggestion, consider painting out the exhaust/muffler hanger (and the gold weld) semigloss or flat black. It'll give the illusion of a 'floating' muffler set up. Keep the awesomenessness.

Thankyou buddy, means so much 😊 That's a great suggestion, I think I have some vht black paint so it's something I could try! 🙂 Appreciate your support 👌

It looks great, congrats! Is loud for a scooter I must say. You could glue some aluminium strips to the fan and put some LED light in there if there is room, but it may look too stupid.

@maxpionier5241 It is loud for a small scooter lol, but I love it! I do love the sound of a 2 stroke 😁 With regards to the LEDs, I have a few ideas which I'll play around with. The fan idea would look great but space is limited unfortunately 🙂

Not sure if you are running a stock variator but the jasil variator from racing planet got my ne50 to 40mph

I have the malossi variator kit with uprated clutch. The whole engine is set up on malossi lol. I hope changing the rollers to a lighter weight will improve the speed dramatically 🙂👍

The roller weights are very heavy for the engine size..
From personal experience I’d drop down to about 6gram rollers

Hi Alan, Thankyou, I am tempted to try 3x 9g and see what that brings. One of the gentsuki members run that and the scooter runs well with that set up 🙂 To confirm, this is a 70cc scooter 👍

Try it, see how it goes..
It’s all trail and error.. I’ve always found between 5-7 gram weights worked best for my 70cc stuff..

@@alancutchey9892 thanks buddy. I'm looking for good top end. Will the lighter rollers achieve a better top end?

The heavy rollers can hold the engine back and and not allow it to build up the speed..
Check out some videos on cvt tuning and u’ll understand it more
