You were buying the "new" Toblerone which is now produced outside of Switzerland (because it's cheaper for Mondelez). Because of this they are not allowed to use the Matterhorn in the logo anymore (because of Swiss legal reasons), hence you have a generic mountain on the packaging now which only looks similar to Matterhorn. Eventually the "old" packagings with the actual Matterhorn will disappear eventually.
Ovomaltine is Swiss, the Ovaltine is just the international name for it. If I remember right, the registrar has made a mistake when he wrote the name, forgetting the "om", to not repeat the procedure for international registration that costs money and time, they just kept that name for the international product.
The red cross was founded in Switzerland and they used the inverted colours of the Swiss flag for its symbol. The Us and apparently also Australia wanted to use the red cross for health services/first aid/hospitals but the symbol is protected, so they re-inverted the colours.
