I would buy the M720. The gesture button and the scroll left/right tilt for horizontal scrolling. And it matches one of the best keyboards, K780. It's smaller than full MX Keys but have a numpad and a tablet stand as a bonus!
Great video. I’m buying mx anywhere 3 after using the m720 for 2 years for audio and music production. I feel like the weight and size of the new mx anywhere 3 will be perfect for me.
Hi, Thanks for watching. Glad it was useful let us know how you find it compared to the M720, I still think for ergonomics the M720 is maybe a bit better but portability and any surface tracking definitely goes to MX Anywhere 3.
Thanks for the great video. How do you feel about the M720 and the MX Anywhere 3 now a few years later? Any suggestions? My MX Anywhere 2 just stopped working properly a few days ago. The left top button sometimes requires a second click to get it to work properly. I wasn't sure if the MX Anywhere 3 is worth the increase in cost. I do have medium to larger hands, and I am not too concerned about using it on a glass surface. Any thoughts 2 or so years later? :)
I ended up purchasing the M720.... I absolutely love it. I had to use the MX Anywhere for a number of years and I'm just as satisfied with the M720. As a matter of fact I think I like the M720 even better than the MX Anywhere.
Just got the anywhere 3, very disappointing that is so tiny, I cannot see myself working on this very long. Got it as a portable one to go with the MX master 3.... But I think will return and maybe get the m720
Hi, Thanks for watching. Yes I agree it may not be comfortable for everyone for long periods of use. The M720 is definitely a more comfortable mouse because of the more ergonomic shape, I personally only use the MX Anywhere 3 for travel and suits the purpose for myself, though experience will vary for different people. All the best, TK :).
@@TKsTechTalk ok fair enough. I can't even use the MX 3 anywhere for travel. It's too tiny to work on for more than 30 mins... So I have the MX master 3 for the desk and the m720 for travel or cafe work. It's perfect and quite small to fit in the bag pocket
@@DigitalSamTV yeah that's a good choice, I too mainly use an MX Master 3 and m720 at work and mx anywhere 3 for travel, every mouse has it's place lol ... let's not even talk about the others I have collected over time :D.
Hi, Thanks for watching. Glad you found it useful, and yes it is a tough choice, I guess it boils down to portability, DPI and if you need any surface tracking or a slightly better grip. Let us know what you decide.
Hi, Thanks for watching. I think it might me better to consider something along the lines of the MX Master series, I think there is an MX Master 3S now which is an updated MX Master 3. There may be other brands around this size but I currently use an MX Master 3, I have a video on that too feel free to check it out. Hope that helps, all the best, TK 🙂.
Hi, thanks for watching. Sorry for the delayed response. I have been using the M720 for more than 1 year now as my daily driver at work and for me it seems to be fine i do not feel any fatigue. I feel the grip is better on the m720 over mx anywhere 3 because the anywhere 3 is smaller, but I haven't used it as much as the 720 to give a fair comparison. I guess it will vary user to user and What's frustrating about this type of scenario is you won't really know till you try it for a while, but one way to get a good idea of feel is possible check a store that has a display model and see how the grip compares to your current mouse, might give a better idea how it feels. Hope that helps, all the best, TK :)

which one do you prefer?
@@Ravent79 I’m still using m720. It’s perfect for my workflow. Not too heavy.

Seems like a good alternative for mx master, especially for small handed people
Hello and thanks. Which mouse do you recommend for larger hands - mine is almost 8 inches.
Great review mate

thanks for this video! Now I'm having a harder time to decide between the two haha
Me too ... but the thumb button will probably make me go with the m720

I have a big hand and i wanna use mouse for coding. What is your suggestion for me?

Is m720 heavy? and causes possible fatigue after long hours? or is it easy to move around swiftly?
