Great video. When I removed from crate I picked up front end, swung right, swung left, came off back with ease.
I shopped around and got one for 5500. I’m hard of hearing and did not hear the beeps when I parked it , but seeing drain battery power between mowing and the cruise control light not turning off I learned to apply parking break all the time.
Saw one of these at Lowe's yesterday and decided to hit TH-cam to see what I could learn and your video was absolutely great as a beginning. I'd be interested in how you feel about it in future posts. I would not trust someone else to assemble it though, so this was a very valuable demonstration on the unpacking and assembly. Too bad there is no program to return the shipping frame for recycling/re-use.
We still Love it!!! Mowing is no longer a hard to do, it is fun and relaxing.
I wish they would make a smaller one.

So my mower came assembled from Lowe’s. I noticed the steering column is a little loose. The two back nuts aren’t wanting to tighten. Do you think those are stripped? Also, do you have to push the steering column all the way back I’m a little taller would like to have it a little further away. Thank you
you don't have to push it all the way back, i just checked my two nuts sticking up and they are tight but I am not sure what they do other that keep it from rolling side to side when the rod is pushed back
OMGGGGG Yes!! I had the same issue!! Sorry Im so excited lol, but its just nice to feel validated at the service I received. Get this, I paid for the Z6 package with the 6 12amp batteries and they delivered the one with the four 10's!! Not only that the mower came filthy and even had rust on the lap bars!! I told the guy to put it back on the delivery truck because it was the wrong mower and the condition was horrendous. Do you know what he said to me? We dont sell a package with 6 batteries (I literally had to go on THEIR website and show him) and he told me "we keep em outside so they are going to get dirty", but I can see here he is full of crap because it comes fully wrapped and protected. I am so pissed at my experience through Lowes honestly, especially considering for my Z6 package after warranty and taxes it was almost 8 grand. I know its been 3 weeks, but how is your mower? Did you return it? My husband wasn't home when the guy came to deliver and the dude kept treating me like I didn't know what I was talking about and it was pi*sing me off. I do hope everything worked out for you, I know how frustrating paying so much for something and getting bad service can be.
@@TheBakingSlaveI went to Lowes and asked to see the assembled one they had in the back. They wouldn't allow me to go back and see it. I went to Ace who delivered mine fully assembled to my house. My Ace is run by Mennonite. Very nice people. Anyways Lowes blows.

No, al contrario, ay varias landscaping que las usan porque tienen todo electrico por el environment. Mas bien estas se hechan a perder menos porque tiene menos partes que un mower traditional :-).
Por lo que yo tengo entendido, estas están calificadas para trabajar en lluvias leves y medianas. Un poco de agua no les impide que trabajen.
@@susiemartinez8983, suena bien, pero no me arriesgaría a comprarlo para algún negocio de landscaping, está muy caro para que talvez se eche a perder con las lluvias
I purchased the E-Steer from Lowes pending delivery tomorrow (17 AUG 2023). I did ask the service department if I could have it unassembled in the original crate due to the stories of it being delivered with dings, scratches, missing parts, dirty, and over tightened screws. They unfortunately told me it had to be assembled and ready to go upon delivery; Lowes store policy. The service department told me to conduct a full 360 inspection also underneath and contact them for any discrepancies. Fingers crossed. I'll update this as soon as I get my mower.

NEVER place batteries on bare concrete!
This is a myth nowadays and was for old lead batteries which these arent. Even lead batteries though are now made with diff casings that allow you to put them on concrete. Just google "can I store or place car/mower batteries on concrete and you will see its perfectly fine.
