Damn I just found out Siegfried passed 5 days ago at 81 years old, and right after I find out Roy passed last year at 75. Rest in Peace they lived great lives
And they are making a biopic movie about Siegfried and Roy, the movie is directed by a Michael Bully Herbig.

RIP ❤. I saw your show back in 1998 and it was magical. I was a skeptic at first but by the end of the show I was blown away and now seeing behind the scene really shows how much they truly cared for their animals.
This is what makes these two better than any of the owners from "Tiger King". They knew what they were doing, they had professional trainers on stand bye and gave the cats a huge home to roam around in. And they cared about the animals more than their own agendas (looking at you, Carole, Joe and Doc).
They were the original "Tiger King" before.

@Luis R Ikr, how I loathe these animal circus acts. After Tiger King I just picture how they all mistreat the cats behind the scenes. Maybe not necessarily beating them or whatever, but I believe even attempting to train or tame an animal like a tiger seems like it could be borderline abuse tbh
I went to a bear rescue center, one of the bears had burned paws. In the circus people put him on a hot plate to teach him to "dance". Publicity is publicity but the bts of circuses is cruel and dirty.
How sad🙁 That poor animal. Smh just can't imagine hurting an animal. People watching the shows have no idea too.
Last time I went to a local circus was over 30 yrs ago. I took my daughter and during break we went outside to see about an elephant or camel ride. We ended up not riding because the line was to long ( at least that's what I told my daughter) While outside there were some animals in cages waiting to preform but how they looked up close and personal ... They looked underfed ALOT! I swore to myself that would be the last circus I ever went to.
These two were supernatural. RIP Roy.

the pictures of Roy riding the tiger is amazing... went to one of their shows in late 70's or early 80's... not sure which... it was amazing and fun and wild.... hoped to go back but never made it...

when you watch their videos especially the one with Siegfried talks about Roy and you can see the love that they had for each other it's a very rare kind of love not many people find it from the to find it it's not for long because one is always taken away from the other I'm glad that they found each other and that they had over 40 years with each other I know they're still together in heaven having many more years no I'm sorry a lifetime of Eternity can be together only they will never part Siegfried' and Roy were meant to be together and I'm glad thank God back in 1959 let them find each other I just wish that God would have let them stay a lot longer the world seemed a little bit better A lot brighter with both of them in it I'm sure somewhere out there I'm not the only one who feels this way I wish I could have seen them in person goodbye for now Anyone who reads this comment I wish you all the best that this old world has to give take care of my friends💞🐆🐅 to Siegfried and Roy so you are in heaven I hope that you but always be happy look down on us and your exotic pets keep an eye on them birthday will be safe you both are guardian angels watching over them and hopefully you're watching over us

I’m sick of negativity in the comments. Yes animals in the wild are happy. But it doesn’t mean these guys were intending to hurt the animals they seemed to care about them. White tigers have it rough in the wild same goes for white lion’s. They have a hard time hunting because the pray can spot them coming. So I think it’s good they took care of the tigers so well.
Shea Buske I agree. At least these two were better than Doc, Carole or Joe from "Tiger King". Siegfried and Roy knew what they were doing and took care of those animals as if they were their own kids. I can see it in Roy's eyes that he genuinely loved them.
Shea Buske your making excuses to justify human beings using something for there own advantage.. MONEY!!! They can care about them but that doesn’t mean it gives us the right to take something from it’s own environment, Let’s say someone abducts you, keeps you captive takes you from your home and your family taking away your freedom to choose to live your life the way you wish BUT they look after you and care for you that’s ok then is it???? I don’t think that would be the case somehow do you!!! But because there animals we as humans think we have this right to do it to them, because there animals there quality of life is less than ours!! Who cares how they were cared for there called WILD animals for a reason because that’s where they belong NOT performing in a Las Vegas nightclub to ‘entertain’ human beings!! 🤦🏻♀️

It is thanks to Siegfried and Roy that the white tigers did not become extinct, that is part of their legacy....and for me Siegfried and Roy remain the greatest magicians that ever existed.
