You can build like that! It just takes a lot of practice and helpful tips from YT build tutorial vids or blog posts. The reason most of the Sim Builders on YT and Twitch are so good is they've been building for literally 10+ years now lol. (I say plus because some of them also played the Sims 1, 2, and 3.) Keep at it and you'll do fine.
I want to say I vaguely recall her putting the cute sexy single hashtags on builds and laughing to herself about how her build would pop up on the gallery search with all the cc sim photos.
A thought on making the gallery more usable: tagging things with the months/year that they were posted. that way instead of having to scroll back for what you built in April 2024 for example you could (theoretically, galley willing) search your own library for anything that's tagged April 2024

@@kennysteen2761 i love doing that too!!! It's always the small little bits that seem inconsequential that adds a lot of flair to a build imo. The ones I love doing the most is always through cleaning products, like hanging the broom and mop in a small (non functional) storage room or adding the debug plungers and cleaning products next to a toilet because I know that's how my family does it. There's also adding a remote below the sofa because I know no one actually sits while using it, so when they're done, they just end up leaving the controller on the floor for future use. Also, adding half open books and notes with pens and pencils for more creatively inclined residents. I think all this use of debug items to add clutter stem from my only having base game and two of the free packs LOL, I think if I had more packs I'd probably be a lot more lazier in using debug items than this
When I was in elementary school I was obsessed with the sims 3 but my computer broke. So, instead of paying attention in class, I’d draw house plans on graph paper and create “sims” to live there. I wish I still had them

Simsie please don’t feel embarrassed about your current landscaping style or feel like you have to defend continuing to choose that style! I love the way you landscape! It always looks manicured but organic. Like the owners let it grow where it is but maintains it and keeps it from overgrowing!
As someone that isn't a builder in game and also not having a lot of packs, I love the look of your house from 2015. The renovated house is equally as beautiful.
seeing this house again is actually making me tear up 🥹 I grew up with Kayla and her series (literally!! we were in high school then later college at the same time)
I actually think this house is amazing. You did a lot of amazing things that are different and not repetitive. I don't mean this in a mean way, but a lot of your builds do feel repetitive sometimes. All of the half walls you used, the cool gazebo roofing, the larger size house, the tilted science table, the tea party, the fancy bar. I really liked it. I'd love if you could re upload the original so it would be easily found. I'd love to play in it.
I'd love a renovation of old builds series 👀❤️ I love watching you rediscover old tricks and style choices you used to do and seeing how much you've grown as a builder while feeling nostalgic about seeing you revisit these builds I remember watching back in the day.
there are so many cute things in this build that you HAVE to bring back (please): the tea party, stone and columns behind TVs, the half-wall trick in the front, the steamboat and fountains in more fancy houses!
Am I the only one thinking that it’s insane for the game to have launched the way it did and that essential things we didn’t have came with the years in updates?? Nevermind the buggy state it’s in at this point but I find it absolutely wild how we didn’t have babies, seasons (arguably THE pack everyone agrees should have always been base game), building options such as half tile placement, the lackluster swatches and options in bg in general, the list goes on and on, evident by the way Simsie talks about 2015 her being amazed by what we have now. If The Sims 4 was a triple A game, they would have been SLANDERED for the state it launched in, an unfinished, unpolished feel (imo I should say again).
