      Surely on fire but relaxing at the same time after 5 days training. Opted for the stretch and core afterwards and I feel great to start the day

    Wow girl! I've been working out for years, 3-4-5 times a week in the gym, so I can say I have some kind of experience of working out. In my country, because of the pandemic the gyms have been closed for more than a year now, so I needed to find another way of working out. I started searching for workout videos on TH-cam, but unfortunately they didn't really challenge me, I know I needed something "more hard-core". Then I found you. I remember your first youtube video I tried, it was a military monday workout video. I remember I couldn't even get up next day out of my bed, i had such sore muscles. Your workout videos are the ones, that challenge me the most, shape my body and help me stay fit during the closedowns. Thank you!

    The thing is that my abs are kinda strong but my arms are extremely weak and I can barely handle this

    It looks simple, but I found to be very challenging. Gave myself a tap on the back for getting through it even though I was taking breaks between exercises 😅 Great workout, thank you, Anna!

    Should we do 12min of abs everyday? I've been told that abs do not need recovery time.

      Every muscle requires it's recovery time. I used to do abs everyday but I didn't see much results than when I started doing different muscle groups different day. If you want you can do it max 5 times a week. I'd recommend at least 2 days rest for the abs too😁

      I used to do it everyday for like 4 months straight and then i did it every other days. Now just once or twice a week. The result is the same to me

    I want to get your abs so bad. I hate the gym. When I was younger I excelled at gymnastics. I changed my diet and worked out. I see my belly fat melting. I love how you can have abs with no equipment.
    Gluten made me bloat. Should I cut off completely?
