Alan Richson is playing Anders Lassen VC. A Dane who was the only non British Commonwealth born soldier to win the Victoria Cross. Will be interesting to see whether Richson has a Danish accent. The bow and arrow is based on Mad Jack Churchill - the only person to get a confirmed kill with a longbow during World War 2.

13 Nepalese Gurkhas were awarded VCs before, during and after WW2, also Lassen wasn't the first Dane awarded a VC. Thomas Dinesen and Percy Hanson received VCs during WW1, apparently, there's a forth Dane, but I haven't tracked down who or when.

Looks good and curious about this so I am in. More quirky comedy killing but that is nice at times. Something different and if based on true story should be good. Thanks for bringing this to us so will see
