Mate what a field! What a buzz that must be. I've not found a lot down here in Cornwall lately but I have developed bad foot pain so not been able to get out so much. A quick Deus question... I have fields where my mi6 beeps like crazy just when it gets near the ground so it's mega mineralised. The question is do I ground balance or not? Also what would be a good program as it's a very quiet field except in one corner. I've had what I think is a Roman blue glass bead out of it but not a lot else so far. So hard to say without being there and tweaking to suit…. You could try gb, lower or higher khz, change recovery, sensitivity, raise disc could also help, if your on -6.4 pump the coil and raise disc until the low grunts settle

If its not a treasure item the finder keeps it unless over the rally organisers split limit

I was trying out depth mode -simple and i raised the lower pitch up to about 22 so the deeper targets still gave a sharp audio
