So sorry this took so long! This was completely out of my vocal skill range, it took so long and it was such a struggle trying to sing the whole thing... it is so far from perfect and I have so much to work on but I still wanted to release it before the year is over T_T

What I greatly appreciate about this cover is that if Mio wanted, she could've gone for a more "aggressive" version, you know, considering how good she is with "growling", like the "motto MOTTO!" parts. Instead she went for the intended version of the song, which is more sad and desperate. Some parts sung with a cutesy voice, "iiko desho (I'm a good girl)" for example, truly showing how the girl in the song is actually "childish" in her seek for attention and approval by others. And then followed by "Ne? (right?)" but with a slightly more aggressive tone which is basically asking for approval from us.
But I'm gonna leave it at that.
So yeah, overall, amazing voice as always Mio!

personally i think ashite can be interpenetrated differently to each listener. The moral/gist is about seeking attention and or craving attention. Its written in the form of a story about a girl with a cursed choker that constantly makes her seek the eyes of all those around her to feed this cursed object around her neck or else it with tighten. it can be viewed as a song about an overlooked child craving attention from her parents, or a person devaluing and dismounting their worth to what others want in order to be noticed, and it can be a yandere song since yandere's view most of their love as constant attention to feel something, the song states "meeting in back of the gym a letter write with charm and wit, some how the feelings don't fit, my love for you was just to big you filthy detestable pig" it states a possible romantic obsession gone wrong when the person doesn't satisfy their needs for constant attention. The song itself is about craving love to the point everyone around you is sicking to you and has become nothing more than an object for you to mold yourself into what they want in order to gain their love to feed a gaping hole. sorry ik its alot but it really depends on interpretation.

ok pero podemos apreciar como es que Miori puede cantar tan bien con una voz quebrada y rota, y es esto lo que da el impacto a esta versión, por que si bien hacemos énfasis a la letra de una forma interpretativa en vez de la forma transliteraría, nos damos cuenta que esta canción habla de lo que una persona hace por afecto no importa si se daña asi mismo con tal de sentirse querida. la voz rota la podemos usar de metáfora como el dolor y angustia que viene después que el afecto desaparece por que nada es para siempre
