This is a really interesting video from my perspective as someone who grew up with consoles like the Xbox one and the ps4/ps3. I agree with the Nintendo Switch 2 theory and look forward to seeing what games are available on launch if they’re as good as the games you listed that made the first switch become as popular as it is but not putting much effort into current switch 1 is a bit of a risk from Nintendo as it runs the risk of pushing fan’s patience by releasing seemingly irrelevant and filler games especially considering competitors like PlayStation who are likely to release/announce their next major console within 2-3 years whilst still producing really good games in recent times like Spider-Man 2 or Helldivers 2. But hopefully the Nintendo Switch 2 and the games that come with it will be worth these filler/niche games. Great video, keep up the good work🔥

.... too easy to attack Nintendo when you only take in consideration only the bad games like Pokemon Scarlet/Violet. Perhaps you haven't noticed but there are A TON of quality games on the Switch, but you only bothered in mentioning Zelda and Mario. Nintendo doesn't still sell because of their legacy, otherwise Switch wouldn't have been so successful after the Wii U fiasco. This is the opposite of Sony's situation who is making A TON of terrible decisions, even worse than Nintendo's one, but everyone close both the eyes on them only because they made Spider Man 2 and Astro Bot. I've never seen such a terrible video...

Thank you for your thoughts on the video! Although there are of course brilliant games on the Switch, most of the recent ones have been either remakes or outsourced. This makes it seem that Nintendo has lost their momentum, especially when compared to the steady stream of high-quality and original games that came out during the first few years of the Switch. I feel that people are closing their eyes when it comes to Nintendo putting less effort into making games because they have such an iconic legacy, and that fans will buy their games no matter the quality.

Luigi's Mansion 2 aside, all the remakes we got recentely are of over 20 years old games. It's not wrong to remake them, especially for a game like Paper Mario The Thousand Year Door which was imprisoned for decades on a failed console. And outsourcing the development of the games would be bad because....?
