Great video. I picked this area mostly because those massive dirt properties next to dt summerlin ( where they are relocating the wholefoods to ) I envisioned office towers eventually. Reminds me of bellevue near Seattle in the 1980s. You forgot to mention costco, lowes and in n out are all right there too.
I would love to see more videos on new builds in the different communities of Summerlin with different price points from the different builders. Thanks!

This day was a Saturday where I didn't have any client work and got to enjoy Summerlin! My days a different from day to day, it all depends on my clients and their schedules!
If we were thinking of “trying out” Las Vegas before moving, what month should we try out? Not summer- we will live in our other home during that time.
Great idea! I think spring and fall if you want to experience perfect weather but come in the winter months if you want to see the coldest it gets here! 😊
Currently Healthcare is a big issue as there are not that many specialist most have to go to other states to see one , my friend had to travel back to Los Angeles to see a spine specialist
I noticed a lot of the new builds in Vegas are gated communities. Why are they gated. What are the crime rates? What are the schools like? I don't see any realtors talking about that in any of their video's. All they talk about are the shops and the community itself, but never mention surrounding communities.
The newer build houses in the south are not gated, not much of the southern highlands is gated. Southern Highlands would be my choice, sweetest place in Vegas imo. Shaq lives there. But to answer your question, yeah there is a lot of crime. Highest auto insurance rates in the country, too.

I know the 2022 stats. 150 homicides in Las Vegas, 350 Los Angeles
