2 Million pesos in Credit Card debt - What will happen if I cannot pay my large Credit Card bill?

Many people are delinquent in terms of their credit card but what if It balloon to 2 Million pesos.

Tanong q lang po sir kung ang credit card po, na never namin nagamit at may babayaran po kami.

You can contact the credit card company and ask to waive fees. You need to call or drop by the bank. Ask for an explanation.

Hello po what would happen if someone dies with credit card debt? Is there a legal process to seize assets/house by banks or will they notify the estate first before any action?

After someone has passed, their estate is responsible for paying off any debts owed, including those from credit cards. Relatives typically aren't responsible for using their own money to pay off credit card debt after death. But the banks may take their assets esp if they are in sole proprietorship

Tanong lng po mern ako credit card debt for 3 yrs then na transfer na po sa collections agency. Na bargain po ung amount tas nabayaran ko naman in full. Pwde po ba ako mag apply ulit ng credit card sa ibang bank?

Yes you can apply again. But it's not always a guarantee that it can get approval. Hoping for them to give you another chance.

What if na victim ka ng fraud tpus nung ng file ka ng dispute pinasa prin sayo. Pag d ko ba binayaran pwdr ba nilang i hold ang equities mo or kunin sa savings mo

They need to usually investigate. Without proper proof that you were a victim it can definitely turnaround.

Hi, i have a question po. What if I have a credit card unsettled balance for 2 years na with this certain bank. Now my worry is, the new company that hired me is using a payroll / atm with that same bank. We are advised to send requirements para makagawa ng acc with this bank. Made decline ba ko since may unsettled balance pa ko sakanila?

Hi usually if 50k they usually write it off, but things can change internally. I hope you can ask them what will happen since you still need to pay for it or it might reflect on the credit bureau. We do have that one. It can reflect on your future assessment.
