    Wow, this helped me so much. Here is my first draft:
    To be the most respected Christian Sales Leadership company in the World, that builds up strong men and women to glorify God through their unique position as Sales Professionals while helping to deliver exponential culture and sales growth through mentoring and accountability.

    Great video, Alex! One thing I was thinking about a week ago is the importance of a personal mission statement. If we can qualify what we want our purpose in life to be as almost our own mission statement, then we can always reference that as a guiding force when we make important life decisions.

      Well said. I think the same way about a personal mission statement. I can't believe how fast your channel is growing, BTW. You'll be at 200k in a snap. That's pretty amazing. I honestly think you have a million sub channel on your hands. Way to go.

    Hey coach I just watched this video again. It really made me think about My life. I have asked myself many times over about my purpose in life. This series of video stopped me in my tracks. I've been wandering around all My life with no clear purpose. The answers have been in front of me all this time. I guess I just needed someone to put it in the right order for me to deeply understand. This is for me life changing. I hope my telling you this gives you even more encouragement. God has blessed me today and I hope you are blessed as well.

      This video is made for professionals. What made you think it was supposed to be for students? I'm genuinely curious.

      Well, I and my friend's try to help other students to get out of addiction of Smartphone (playing Pubg, making videos on Tiktok) so that, they can focus on their studies.
      We started meditation classes, sports activities (playing volleyball, basketball, football.... Etc) in our college campus❤️

    • @alexanderlyon
      @alexanderlyon  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Ah, I understand. Thanks for explaining. If that is your focus, then maybe you can see some usefulness or connection between the video and your work with students. I'm not sure how it would be useful to students. I'd have to give that some though. Many students do watch my channel and some of the videos I make are aimed that way. But, for the most part, I make videos for professionals and emerging leaders. This one is 100% made for professionals from where I see it.

Simply can be used as guidepost reminder of where you are going or what you want ! Thanks for your works helping students 🙏🦋

    hi,

    Heifer's mission statement is wrong as the mission is not achievable. Heifer cannot end poverty and hunger, even making the best possible efforts and having all possible financing. It is a bad idea to declare unattainable objectives as sooner rather than later will negatively affect engagement and credibility. If an organization come to me to tell me that wants to end poverty and hunger or save the world from climate change, I would not take it serious. Dreaming is fine, but a corporate mission must integrate realistic objectives.
