With the move in the video, if the opponent broke it thinking it was the regular qcf2 version, they would be losing health rather than the yoshi. They did not break it, however.

The uf3+4 stomp into FLE basically forces him to stand because if he doesn't he can just mash forward forward to start running on him a bunch on the floor and the subsequent jump forward unblockable with that timing is extremely annoying to get out of so it was basically guaranteed. Super nasty.

yoshi mains are the ultimate crayon eaters.
The secret to defending flea stance. stand point blank to yoshi while he's in the stance. You'll notice that you only get hit if you dash into him. Walking forward doesn't cause you to get hit. When you attack you hurt box extends causing you to get hit. Its the same concept as attack after a side step.
Go through your move list and search for moves that have a hit box that hits him without your hurt box touching yoshi first. Try to stand back so that the start up frames and forward movement of your attacks do get you killed
When a Yoshi main finally uses Yoshi the way he was meant to be used
