I ve had ridge grapple 35s and toyo RTs. The Nittos never made it past 30k miles and didn't have good grab in the mud. Had 2 sets of Toyo RTs. Both got 50-60k. I'm a pretty die hard Toyo guy, but I'm gonna take a chance on the Mickey Thompsons.

I have a set of the previous generation of this tire, they've been outstanding in everything except snow, and they solved that. They're mud capable (honestly) but they handle better than most highway oriented AT tires. I'm at 50k and it's almost time for one of them, I could easily have made 70 if I'd taken care of them. Couldn't be happier with them except in snow, but I knew that going in and it's irrelevant now with these.

I am running 285/65R18 (33in) on stock suspensions and stock OEM 18" wheels with no modifications. The Baja Boss A/T threads are pretty deep, more than the BFG KO2 for same size. But they're quiet on the road and function well in all conditions. They look way beefier than Wild Peaks. And that's the look I wanted. I have mine on a 2024 Lincoln Navigator BL. My previous truck (RAM) had KO2's. I wanted a tire that was aggressive, quiet, 3-peak, from a well-respected brand. I'm not rock climbing with a $120K SUV, but I do want something capable of any "normal" conditions, including off-roads or small creeks, mud, etc. On strictly pavement, the Pirelli active weather gave a quieter experience.

I put these on my Chevy Colorado. It's got a 4inch lift. I didn't want to have to get into the $$ of re-gearing, so I went with a modest P275/65-18. I live in a small Colorado mountain town that gets heavy Winters, as we did this 2022/2023 Winter. These tires had no problem at all getting through some deep and heavy snow. My only concern is since I went with a P metric ( passenger) tire instead of an LT rated tire ( again, I was going for less weight), I don't know how safe they 'll be if I air down for some off roading. I'm not going to do anything as drastic as rock crawling since this is my daily driver and I don't have $$ falling out of my pockets for repairs. Since they're only 4ply, I don't think they'll be as forgiving as a 10 ply tire. But for what I've put them through so far, I'd highly recommend. .

I just tried a set of these on my 2020 Power Wagon, but the massive amount of weight it took to balance them is disturbing, and it didn't get all the vibration out of the steering wheel. I'm having them replaced with Toyo AT3 since I took Toyo RT off and they were a very nice tire, just a little too aggressive for where I use them. Love the Mickey look, but hate the massive weight it takes to make them road worthy.

I run these year-round, and live along the Great Lakes. I never have a reason to switch out, and like last winter, it was mostly rain. My wife has regular all-seasons on her small car. If you're a person that is in heavy winter, with a mandated emergency job, then factoring in a winter set is always a must. I wouldn't be putting these through brutal Montana and Alaskan winters.

I have the Maxxis Razr MT in 37x12.5R17 and I absolutely love them! They are an MT that gives the best of most worlds. Great in deep snow, mud, technical trails and does not sacrifice drivability. They start to really quiet down around 55mph. Even then, at lower speeds, they aren't even that loud. But my vehicle is a bit newer and has good road insulation. Even with the windows down and stereo off, I can barely notice these tires on the highway or driving through town. Great trail and adverse weather performance. I am curious about how they'll stack up against the Mickey Thompson Baja Boss AT though or even the MT
