49/17 really is a nice allround ratio My current daily ride has 47/16 with a flip-flop to 18 Man I fuckin love my bike y'know, like she's really special, a 41 year old (made in 1981) trackframe, phenomenal geometry, Reynolds tubing the works
No Vans for me, either. Closest is probably Converse waterproof high tops - still pretty chunky by comparison. Currently riding with Nike Pegasus Gore Tex Trail 3 and 4's so totally dig the larger toe cage!
I get you, but Toni is on the pro circuit (and I believe he races with team Weis) so it makes sense to have a $5K bike when you can use it to earn some money back. $2K just to get some backup pedals is a different story.

This really got me wandering what's the overall weight of this absolutely stunning rig!
I'd love to feel what a titanium frame bike feels like to ride. This one looks absolutely magnificent.
Everything, everything about this bike is absolutely killer
Love Toni and his bike; got some nice photos of them together at the Great Alleycat of London over the summer.

49/18 is my go to ratio currently but I wanna get stronger, eat more, more leg workouts and ride more so I can daily 49/17
Cool dudes, good laughs, beautiful bike. Thanks for putting a smile on my face.
That's a perfect bike check.
Beautiful bike, that front end is awesome. If you want a fork with more clearance, get Ti fork, you can get whatever spec you want!

don't running shoes have a really soft sole? I think that's bad for riding..
Nah, not the Peg Trails, they have to be sturdy to cope with loose ground underfoot @@Krith220
1:44 “if I have that kind of money” says a pal whose frameset (only) costs around 3.6 kUSD 😅

Art and Science, together in one beautiful instrument.
SICK ride! Can't wait to see y'all riding MTB in MX 🔥🔥
Stunning! I love the paint. I think the vein diagram of people that ride track/fixed & MTB would surprise many people 😀
Where those car drivers having a stroke or something?
Why ride wider tyres? Love the bike and videos
toe overlap looking crazy
Yeah it looks insane, no slow turns on this bike you must always ride fast 😂
yeah no slow turns
Toe overlap? Crank overlap it seems lol
What size bike
What size is the tire ?
Frame looks huge for him, maybe just cause of the tubing?
Dónde se consigue una belleza así en chile❤

Bro how is the toe overlap it looks crazy on this frame lol, tight geo for sure

Dream bike right here.
Crazy bike bro !!!

What a beautiful bike
sick bike!
She's a beauty!! ❤
Tony, don't torture this bike with wide tires, that's not what it's made for.
Pedales Industrias blancas 🧨
28mm is fine bro. 32mm and up is where you start to lose acceleration in my experience.
Yeah, thats kinda my experience too. Plus hes already tubeless and the rims look extra wide...
@@lagunaesuna6812 Yeah and I forgot to mention generally that climbing will become tougher as you go wider on the tires too!
i see what you did here 4:20 min 🙌🏽
Ouch 1:55 🤣
sheeeesh !
the shoe/pedal combo hurts me...
