I have it since last October. It's my absolutely favourite casual-beater-sports watch ever and despite my attachment to vintage dress watches, this Citizen would be my only watch if i had to cut down my collection.
@@TheGrenadier97 I have a similar attachment to this model. It's one of my top2 watches in my big collection besides my vintage casio marlin. Both of them are 'do it all' timepieces, so the best candidates for a one watch collection for me.
I own the NY086 Pepsi Fugu and it’s amazing 🤩 diver watch. I also just received my new Citizen’s diver NY0129-58L this past Friday. It’s also another incredible Citizen’s diver 👍🏻
Yes, these new vintage style diver releases are very tempting from Citizen. I especially love the one with the orange sunburst dial (reminds me of a very common guitar finish).
That's nowhere as visible as on the Citizen (which even has a metallic background under the gap). Some minimal gap between day and date allways necessary for the mechanism to work properly. Seiko has a rich history making these day-date movements which were more or less remained the same. The Seiko 4r36 and the Citizen 8204 are comperable movements. The 4r feels better quality, has a slightly better power reserve and an efficient bidirectional rotor winding (magic lever) while the 8204 Miyota is more consistent accuracy-wise (and probably has better numbers on the timegraph).
Thank you brother! Unfortunately not. It's a risky game finding one in good, all original condition for a reasonable price. I owned a blue turtle reissue, but I sold it years ago.

Just bought one last night on ebay with the metal bracelet, can't wait to get it.
Seiko has the same mechanism like Citizen, right? Look Here 7:46 - there is a gap between week and day too.

Very nice review bro. Do you also own the Seiko 6309 btw?

I'm wearing the same watch watching your video. Mine's @ +9.5 secs/dy.
That's still pretty accurate. Awesome watch! Wear it in good health!
Did you approach any Turkish women, brother?
Not really, I am not that good at pickup art, especially with language barriers. I saw so many beautiful women there, that's for sure!
@@at1m6nn I’ve heard the Turkish women are very attractive. I hope you enjoyed your trip, mate. All the best.
@@EvanAPW Thanks, man! I went there with a good friend of mine, who knows the city Istanbul pretty well. It was a great trip overall.
Hey fella you need to work on your game man, so you can enjoy some Turkish delight 😊 @@at1m6nn
