Nice that you like the idea. I decided not to show too much instructional detail since I got some of my own inspiration from Jemtlander and their Pullpac product. The dimensions depend on the size you require for the bag/backpack you want to transport. Basically the width of the sheet needs to be the width of your bag plus twice the height, and the length needs to be about 1.5times the length of the bag or more if you wish to transport more stuff. Drill holes at the end of the shaping-cuts to stop the cuts from ripping further. Here a link to the Jemtlander page.
