The Flywire is probably the saving grace for the Peg39. The AirZoom pockets don't seem to provide enough coverage to be comfortable for all runners. Think in a comparison to the AlphaFly / Tempo Next% Air pods, which cover such a larger area to equally distribute the load. Just seems in general that outside of their premium shoes (VaporFly/Alpha/Tempo) Nike just treats the rest of their shoes as an after thought and taking the customer base for granted. There are some narrow exceptions, like the Invincible, but I also feel that shoe really caters to a small number of runners.
If the other shoe companies get too much closer on their premium race shoes, Nike could lose even more of their shine.
