Unrelated comment on an unrelated video, but have you or anyone you know ever tried removing the swirl flaps (the small butterfly valves in the intake) from a Mazda engine? They the little plastic flaps on a thin metal rod that will eventually work themselves loose and start flapping in the breeze, causing low or uneven power, they might weld themselves in the closed position using EGR crud causing low power until forced open by the airstream at ~6000 rpm, or the opening/closing mechanism might fail, causing them to flap erratically and creating a very "tractor-like" sound. Well, mine are starting to fail, hence the tractor sound, but there's no engine codes yet. I could buy a repair kit - it contains new butterflies and bushings, but if the cheese-grade rod or the intake side holes have taken damage, it's time to just permanently seal it up and leave the butterflies off. To my understanding, not having the swirl flaps can cause poor idle and loss of power at low RPM, but that's fixable with a tune. What I'm wondering is: will the car run "normally" (even if a bit rougher at idle and low RPM) if those are deleted, or will the engine lean out, stall and throw a code?
Your the best car youtuber because you always make videos about my car 😂

Anything like WD40 or solvent like will help with it

Do a 2nd Cat Delete & a Muffler delete, you`ll get a similar sound to the CS exhaust for a quarter of the price!
Love the vids, keep up the great work!
Thank you!
hey i know i'm late but is there a name for the plugs you used ? or anything you know that would work

How do you remove the plastic grommets out of the holes
You can use a tweezer or some sort, side cutters etc.

Easy way to get the glue off is to use some gasoline.
What did you used to fill the holes?
Little clip things, wrapped in heat shrink to secure & hold out moisture!
