@Braydon Nathanael It did the trick and I finally got access to my account again. I am so happy:D
Thanks so much you really help me out :D
@Gael Cullen Glad I could help xD
I received my Mantis on Monday, and I am really enjoying it! I seem to have an issue with pairing it with my computer running NVDA via bluetooth. For some reason when I try to reconnect to my Mantis to my laptop via bluetooth, it says connection failed. I tried reconnecting, but it still wouldn’t pair with my laptop. Is there a reason for this? Am I doing something wrong when pairing with bluetooth?
I went to the bluetooth settings of my laptop, found my mantis Q40, and pressed enter on it. It said it was paired, but when I went to the terminal application and pressed enter on my laptop name, it still says connection failed. It is updated to the latest software version.
Hi Danielle, Here are some steps to try reconnecting.
Go to Terminal.
Press enter on connected devices.
Press r for reconnect to devices. Press enter.
This will deactivate Bluetooth on the Mantis and reactivate it.
Now try and connect to your device again.
If this doesn’t work try and forget the connection on both your laptop and Mantis and pair them both again.
Hope this helps! If not feel free to reach out to our knowledgeable customer experience team at cs@aph.org
Can this device use in Thai Language? Can use to read or write braille music notation? Thank you.
The Mantis Q40 does not currently have Thai language or braille music capabilities. We have plans for a BRF editor though which will allow for music braille.
@@AphOrg Also Braill Thai Language right? Hope your company make it in near future.
